Author's note; Listen to the music to give a more deep perspective on the character and who they are! And how their scene goes based on their emotions
P.S - Both characters are not friends with the entire 'Losers Club' because, as an AU would go. There is no such thing in this one. Enjoy!!!~ 4:02 PM ~
"Yes." Stanley said in reply. His cheeks flushed a tinted red. Before he could even speak again, he felt Mike yank his hand towards the outlet. The two eventually stood around the outlet and Mike led them towards a local jewelry and clothing store. Most of the the stuff was pricey, and both of them knew that.
~ 4:08 PM ~
Stan looked at the store, his eyes full of fear but also excitement. He stood there frozen before Mike said; "C'mon!" and pulled them inside of the huge part of the outlet. Stan walked into the store, with Mike's fingers interlocked between his. He didn't even notice it, nor did it bother him. He then stood still, looking around before he heard Mike say; "Highest price wins. Go." Stanley, dazzled and confused. Stood there. Before he noticed Mike's hand was away from his and he was gone.
~ 4:12 PM ~
Stanley walked towards the jewelry, only targeting at that section. Because of the prices. The boy with a head of messed up hair due to stress and running, stared at the silver n' gold rings, necklaces and more. His eyes hooked upon a silver bracelet. With diamonds and such. He walked past the desk, knocking something over on purpose. And sneaking his hand through the glass and grabbing the bracelet and sticking it in his pants pocket, staring at the mirror before noticing Mike walking towards him seconds after. Hoping he didn't notice, and wanting to surprise him once they met at the park. Stanley noticed Mike's stupid smirk, 'That dumb ass smirk' he thought to himself before rolling his eyes at Mike and seeing him storm off. Stanley watched him go off into another section, before walking towards the main entrance to leave. Spotting a child and her mother, sighing and then grabbing a watch and slipping it into the little girl's backpack pocket. Watching the alarm go off, noticing the staff come forward. Before the staff could unarm the security system, Stanley slipped out of the store. Slipping his fingers through his curly golden brown head of hair. Walking to go grab some ice cream.
~ 4:28 PM ~
Stanley was eating his vanilla ice cream as he scrolled through his phone silently, then peaking at the time. "S-Shit." he stammered before storming up from his chair. The boy was supposed to meet Mike at the park 15 minutes ago. Eating the last couple spoonfuls of ice cream, Stanley then trashed the cup. Beginning to speed walk towards the park. Noticing how late he was.
~ 4:30 PM ~
Stan began to walk, noticing Mike's figure standing up and looking around. Before he could even explain he heard Mike say; "Dude, your late!" Stanley tried to make up an excuse as quickly as possible but all he could do was lift up his wrist to show his bracelet. Smiling, his dimples showing slightly. Stan wasn't going to lie, he was highly proud of himself. But felt bad for the alarm he set off. He shrugged it off; "Holy fuck! How much?" he asked, as Mike grabbing his wrist and studied the bracelet. "At least $800." Stan replied, grinning at Mike. "And 1st place goes to Mr. Stanley with the bracelet of over $800!" Stan then noticed Mike beginning to give him a ring and multiple jackets. Stan stayed silent and then Mike mentioned; "I have some jeans under here, but I'm obviously not gonna take them off in public." Stanley felt his face heat up slightly, trying to ignore the fact that Mike just mentioned that. He stayed silent; "Unless you want me too right now?..-" Mike smirked at Stanley. Stanley, highly embarrassed at the statement. Shoved Mike. "Hey!" Mike groaned. And then sighed; "I'm guessing that's a no." Mike stated. "Yeah, it's a no." Stanley replied, hoping Mike couldn't notice that he was as red as a tomato. Which, normally was visible. Depends whether of you would stare at him long enough or not. Stanley found Mike highly adorable, he just wouldn't state nor mention anything. It was Michael Hanlon for Christs sake! The. Michael. Hanlon.
Stanley knew about Mike, they never spoke. Richie and Eddie would constantly joke at him and push him to try and talk, but they never did. Not until the current day. Stanley broke from swooning over Mike because he began to speak once again; "Well, I gotta go. Duties call. My Pa needs my ass at home, so uh, catch ya later?" Mike said quietly, and Stan blinked, looking over at Mike. "Also, uh-" There was a tight pause, that even Stanley could notice. "Could I have your number? J-Just in case If I wanna contact you about more lifting shit-" Mike said, while staring directly at Stan. Stanley stared back at Mike, locking eyes before replying. Noticing that the two was silent for so long. "Uh, yeah- Totally-" Stan mumbled, grabbing Mike's phone once it was given. Checking the time quickly; 4:50 PM. Entering his number, trembling just a tad bit. And then gave Mike his phone back, "Alright. Chill." Stanley watched Mike walk away, "Such an idiot.." he whispered to himself. Before shaking his head as he held the jackets Hanlon gave him. Stanley began to walk to opposite direction of Mike, since his house was only a four minute walk from the park. He walked extra slow, tracking back about his day, with a tiny smile on his face.~ 4:54 PM ~
Stanley arrived at his household, letting out a sigh and walking around back, not wanting to deal with his father right then and there. After his wonderful night with Mike, he then opened the back door carefully. Shutting it as quietly as possible, heading up the stairs, while hearing his father watch TV towards the right of him; In the Living Room. Stan arrived in his room, shutting his door and locking it. He fell back onto his bed, sighing and staring at the ceiling with a smile before hearing his phone pop up with a notification;
