BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP. I smack my alarm clock next to me and groan, it's 3 am and it's time to get up because we are going to greece. "WERE GOING ON VACATION" my sister says running into my room. She's definitely been waiting outside until my alarm clock went off. She jumps up and down on my bed which surprisingly helps me wake up and the excitement starts to hit. 3 weeks of just doing nothing fuck yes.

I get up and walk out my room to see mom and dad running around stressing, typical. I enter the bathroom and lock the door and wash my face with cold water before brushing my teeth. I head back to my room and decide to get ready. I dress myself in a hoodie and fabric shorts so that i'm comfy on the long flight. I think it's like 6 hours long which is boring. I decide to just put my hair up in a pony tail and only use a small amount of makeup. After I finish getting ready I put the rest of my things in my suitcase and zip it up before carrying it downstairs. "Everyone ready?" my dad asks, carrying some of the bags out to my car. We all nod and make sure the house is completely locked up.

I get in the car and drive us to the airport where we are meeting everyone. It's quite a short drive to be honest which is good. My sister puts the radio on and starts dancing. She loves going on vacation. A few minutes later we arrive at the airport and park up. I can see my auntie and uncle, my cousins and some people from my dads golf stood near the door. No sign of Lana tho. We walk to them with all our bags and greet them all, just as Lana and Brad arrive. "Hey everyone" Brad says looking excited. Lana on the other hand looks fucking exhausted like she hasn't slept at all.

After customs and security and all that boring shit, we are finally on the plane. We managed to get breakfast in the airport so that we wouldn't be hungry on the plane, i probably will be anyway. I take my seat next to the window and my sister sits next to me, thank god i don't have to sit next to someone random. The plane has TV things in the seat so that's fun.  "Please fasten all your seatbelts and open your blinds as we prepare for take off" The pilot announces and all the flight attendants do the safety checks as usual.

We begin to take off and I already feel myself falling asleep, I got back at like 1Am last night so i've had 2 hours sleep, hopefully i'll sleep all night. I rest my head on my sisters shoulder and smirk which she is not happy about and close my eyes. "thanks pillow" I say before slowly drifting off to sleep.

"lucy, lucy, lucy" my sister says shaking me to wake me up. I open my eyes and look at her confused to why she woke me up. "we're here" she tells me. I look out the window to see we have landed and everyone's getting off the plane. I'm so happy i slept the entire journey but it's like 10pm here and i'm wide awake. I get hold of my bag and follow everyone off of the plane into the baggage area where we receive our suitcases back. Time to go to the hotel!!!!

We get our hire mini bus and all pile in it and my dad drives us to the hotel. I look through the windows at the streets of greece, it's beautiful. We pull up at the hotel which is right next to the beach. I excitedly rush after my dad who is walking into the hotel and my sister does the same. Can tell we're related. The hotels amazing it has a large seating lobby area which is packed full of people, a huge reception area and a massive pool outside. The floors and all made of marble and there's plants and decorations everywhere. At the back there's also a huge bar/ restaurant which looks really nice.

My parents go ahead and get everyone's room keys while we all wait. I look over at Lana who has both her earphones in and is looking around at all the features of the hotel. She seems upset i want to know why. My mom and dad walk over and give everyone the room keys, "girls, you 2 have your own rooms in case you might meet someone, you never know" my mom says winking and me and my sister. Lana looks at me and does a small fake smile before we all head to the rooms. By the time we are all in our rooms it's around 11pm and we are all going to bed. I'm not tired at all though so i think i'm just going to explore.

I change my hoodie into a t shirt which I tuck into my shorts. The hotel seems so peaceful at night, everyone seems happy and maybe drunk but I don't blame them. I walk outside to the pool area and sit on one of the sun beds, admiring the lit up pool. It's empty here and pretty quiet expect the faint music that's coming from inside. I put my headphones in and lie back to relax, looking at the clear sky full of stars. A hand touches my shoulder and i look up to see Lana. I take my headphones out, "hey" she says, sitting on the end of my sun bed. "hey, can't sleep either?" I ask her confused, watching her look at her surroundings.  The shadows from the lights are hitting her face making her look pretty.

"Yeah i'm not tired and Brad's snoring" She tells me and looks over at me. There's something bothering her I know it. "What's bothering you?" I ask her, and she smiles. She squeezes next to me on my sun bed and puts her head back. "Brad told me the truth about the girls he's cheated on me with and I told him that i love him, but i also like someone else" Lana admits to me. She likes someone else? I wonder if it's me. "Oh so are you 2 good?" I wonder. She nods, "surprisingly better than ever".

She turns her head and looks at me and i do the same, we're sat very close to each other so our faces are pretty close together. "You have pretty eyes, there green" She says putting her hand at the side of my face, looking at them. I love this confidence she has it intimidates me. I thank her and smile. She stays silent for a while and just stares into my eyes lovingly. "I'm really attracted to you lucy" She whispers, her breath hitting my face as she speaks. Lana just admitted that i'm the person she likes. I smile lightly as she looks down at my lips. "I guess your not so bad yourself" I whisper back, making her smile. She once again closes the distance between us and kisses me softly but more passionate than the last time. Her hands come to the back of my neck as she pulls me closer. This time I actual kiss back to her surprise and it feels so good. I could get used to this. I pull away for air and look around realising where we are, we could of been spotted. Lana tries to pull me back to her but I stop her. "I don't want us to be seen" I say and she nods in agreement but still has a sad look on her face.

"Let's go to bed" Lana says.
