Tabby is EXO's manager and Chanyeol is her best friend. She fastly becomes attracted to Kai and things start to move fast for them. Tabby finds out a secret that Kai is hiding and Chanyeol is there to help her through it all.

EXO has been so busy lately that Kai and I have yet to celebrate our one month together. We have been going from shows to fan signings to making a new music video. So busy that we have no time for anything else at the moment. We all come to work and then go home after.
I'm happy that Kai and I are still going strong and we're both happy being with each other. Our relationship gets stronger every day. I really like Kai and I'm no longer worried about our relationship. I'm more confident with being with Kai now. He makes me happy.
We finally have a day off after all the craziness and I'm meeting Kai at the place where we had our first date. I'm in my room getting ready for our date. I make my hair look cute and put on a plain white dress that stops just above my knees. I walk out into the living room and stop in front of Chanyeol.
"You look beautiful." He says with a smile. I smile back.
"I wanted to look good for this date." I say and sigh happily. "Chanyeol, he actually makes me really happy."
"I'm glad he does." Chanyeol says and looks at me. I smile at him.
"Have you ever felt this way?" I ask him. He nods.
"I'm looking at her." He says. I look at him and he shrugs. "You know this." I smile softly.
"I love you, Chanyeol." I say. He stands up and comes over to me.
"I love you too. Nobody else will be enough for me." He says really softly. Our eyes lock and I softly take his hand.
"I'm sorry, but I have to go." I reply softly. Chanyeol nods.
"Please be careful." He says.
"I will be." I tell him. I stretch up and kiss his cheek. I walk around him and grab my bag. I leave our apartment and get a cab. The driver takes me to the place where I'm meeting Kai. I step onto the sidewalk and spot Kai immediately. He's waiting for me outside. As soon as he sees me he smiles.
"You look so great." Kai tells me. I smile.
"Thank you." I reply as he grabs my hand. He leads me inside and we sit down at a table. We order our regular and then we both look at each other.
"Finally happy one month." Kai says with a smile. I smile.
"Happy one month." I reply. Kai starts looking for something in his pocket.
"I got something for you." He tells me. I watch as he finds what he's looking for. Kai holds out a small box out to me. I glance at him before taking the box from him. I slowly open the little box and in it sits a small ring with a small stone in the middle. I look up at Kai.
"What is this?" I ask him softly. Kai smiles.
"It's a promise ring." He tells me. I look back down at it and take it out of it's box. I admire it and softly start to smile.
"A promise ring?" I ask him without looking up at him.
"It's my promise to you for the future." Kai says. I slide it into my finger and it fits perfectly. I look up at Kai and smile.
"I love it." I tell him. Kai smiles.
"I want to be with you forever." Kai says. He takes my hand in his and I look down at the ring again. Forever? I really hope we can make this work so we can make it to forever.
"I would love forever." I reply. At that moment our food comes and I start eating mine. Kai and I eat for a little bit in silence.
"Would you like to come to my house again after this?" He asks me. I nod.
"That sounds nice." I reply. We finish eating and we leave to go to his house. Kai holds my hand the whole trip. Kai leads me up stairs and I sit on his bed.
"I'm going to take a shower." He tells me. He goes into the bathroom, leaving the door open. The water comes on and I can hear him get into the shower.
A few minutes later, the water turns off and Kai comes out wrapped in his towel. I look at his bare chest and my heartbeat quickens. He comes closer to me and smiles. I'm suddenly on my back with him hovering over me. He slowly lowers his head down to me and I turn my head. He stops.
"I'm sorry, Kai." I say softly. Kai stands up straight.
"It's okay. Let me get dressed." He goes back into the bathroom. I sigh. I'm still not ready for that with Kai. I think when we have been together longer I will be ready for that. I just don't want to ruin our relationship with sex.
I move myself up more onto the bed and lay down. Kai finally comes out and lays down next to me. He turns to me.
"I'm sorry." He says. I look over at him.
"It's not your fault." I tell him softly. Kai kisses me softly before turning onto his back and falling asleep. I lay here for a few minutes before slowly getting up. I'm going to go home. I want to be with Chanyeol. I quietly walk out of his house and catch a cab back home.
The driver stops in front of our apartment and I get out. I head inside and quietly move through our little apartment. I go over to Chanyeol's room and quietly open his door. He is sleeping soundly in his bed. I smile and go inside his room. I go over to his bed and I softly get into it. I lay myself right next to Chanyeol.
"Chanyeol, Kai gave me a promise ring. I think I really like him." I whisper and then sigh. I turn towards Chanyeol and I curl myself next to him. That's how I fall asleep.
