Tabby is EXO's manager and Chanyeol is her best friend. She fastly becomes attracted to Kai and things start to move fast for them. Tabby finds out a secret that Kai is hiding and Chanyeol is there to help her through it all.

I sit in bed that night next to Chanyeol. I'm unable to sleep because my mind is still on earlier today. Chanyeol rolls over and faces me. I glance at him in the dark and I notice that his eyes are open. He frowns as he looks at me.
"Why aren't you sleeping?" He asks me. I shake my head.
"I can't." I reply. Chanyeol gets out of bed and turns on the light. He comes back over and sits next to me in bed. He looks at me as I look at the blanket covering my legs.
"I'm sorry that he did all of this to you. I never would have thought he had it in him to do any of it." He says softly. I look over at him slightly and nod.
"Me nither." I reply. Chanyeol takes one of my hands in his own.
"You know what's more important?" He asks. "The love and affection I have for you and always have." I finally look up at him.
"You know I love you and I choose you." I tell him softly. He smiles and nods.
"I have waited for this moment for a long time. I told myself that I would either wait for you or eventually let you go."
"Chanyeol.. Please don't say that. You don't ever have to let me go now." I tell him. He looks me in the eyes.
"I'm sorry I ever was okay with you being with that asshole. He broke you and I'm the one who is going to put you back together." Chanyeol says. I softly smile and squeeze his hand. He leans in and quickly kisses my lips before laying his head onto my lap. I look down at him and smile. I start running my fingers through his hair and we both sigh.
"I'm sorry it took me this long to realize how I felt about you." I say. Chanyeol smiles.
"I just got to kiss you and that means everything. It means you're finally mine." He replies. I lean down and kiss him softly.
"I want to be ready for everything, but I'm not there yet." I tell him. He nods and smiles.
"There is no rush. I can wait." He replies. A lump in my throat forms. He is the best guy I could have found. Chanyeol is the sweetest person. Tears start freely falling down my face. He notices and sits back up. He leans over and softly picks me up and sets me on his lap.
Chanyeol wraps his arms around me and places his cheek next to my own. I lay my head on his bare chest and close my eyes. I finally relax enough to fall asleep.
In the morning, I find myself laying in the middle of Chanyeol's bed without him in it. I get out of his bed and go into our kitchen. He is making breakfast for us. I smile and walk up to him. I wrap my arms around him and lay my cheek on his back. Chanyeol turns and looks down at me. He smiles.
"We are skipping work together and going out. You and I." He tells me. I start to smile even more.
"Sounds good." I say as I let him go and sit at our table. He brings our food over and sits down across from me. We eat our breakfast.
I get up first and go into my room to change. I pick my favorite skinny jeans and a black crop top. I'm fixing my hair when Chanyeol peeks inside my room. I smirk at the way he looks at me.
"Are you ready to go?" He asks. I nod and join him at the door. Chanyeol intertwines our hands together before we leave.
We get outside and walk down the sidewalk towards the middle of Seoul. I love that we are taking a day for us. This is what I've needed. I move closer to Chanyeol as we walk and take a deep breath. I look up at him and smile softly.
"What are we doing today?" I ask Chanyeol. He looks over at me and smiles.
"I was thinking about looking for a new place." He tells me.
"A new place?" I ask. He nods.
"New us. New place to live." He says. I start smiling more.
"I love it." I reply. A new place would be good for us.
As we're walking through Seoul, I stop in front of a big window and look inside. It's a pet store and right in front of me is a small kitten. Chanyeol stands next to me and looks at the kitten too.
"It's cute." Chanyeol says softly. I glance up at him.
"I've always wanted a cat." I say. He smiles.
"Maybe we'll get one." He replies. He grabs my hand and leads me away from the window. "Let's keep going. We have an apartment to find."
We keep walking a little farther and I start to notice that we are walking towards the Han river. I glance at Chanyeol. The river has always been one of my favorite spots here in Seoul.
I look around at all the lights that are reflecting off the water and I smile. I let go of Chanyeol's hand and go to the railing next to the river. He walks over beside me and looks at the river with me.
"The view here is so beautiful." I sigh happily. Chanyeol smiles and looks over at me.
"It is." He says softly.
"I wish we could live here." I say.
"We could." He replies. Chanyeol points behind me. I look to where he is pointing to and see a tall building. An apartment building.
"No way." I say and look over at him. He is still smiling.
"This would be the perfect spot." Chanyeol says. I nod and look back at the building.
"I love it here." I say softly.
"I'll look into it." He replies and wraps his arms around me. We turn around and look at the water. I lay my head against his chest and wrap my arms tightly around him. I never want to leave this spot.
