2 : "The Stars."

You've been talking with Woosung for a few weeks now and you were both invited to a new party, it would be more intimate than the one you attended last time, with only a few people, your host's closest friends, who of course, were speaking English, a few drinks and snacks all that paired wtih light music and a lot of talking.
Since it was going to be a casual night, you decided to were blue jeans with a black t-shirt, deciding on your shoes you choose a pair of black converses and put on a loose cardigan before locking your door as you were leaving.

You finally arrived after a 20 minutes long drive in a cab, you paid the driver and decided to head to your friend's apartment.
Your friend greeted you and introduced you to the few guests who were already here, including Woosung.
When everyone was finally arrived you all started to drink, eat and talk.
There was light music playing in the back, it was really chill, comforting, you felt comfortable, at home.
Woosung was at your side all along, talking with you, making lame jokes that never failed to make you smile. He was looking at you with the sweetest eyes.

[SKIP TIME]

The party ended as all the guests thanked the host and left one by one.
As you were finally outside waiting for a cab, Woosung approached you :
"Hi. He said shyly.
- Hi. You smiled.
- You're waiting for a cab, aren't you?
- Yes I am.
- It's really late you know... I think it's going to take quite a while to get one.
- Oh really? Maybe it will be better if I walk home.
- Or...
- Or?
- I can drive you home...
You looked at him with whide eyes, an amused smile drawn on your smile.
THAT'S NOT WHAT I MEAN! he yelled, I just.. I just wanted to say that I could drive you home so you could avoid walking all this way...
- I know Woosung!, you put your hand on his shoulder and gave it a light squeeze.
Actually, I would really appreciate if you could drive me home."
Woosung guided you to his car and opened the passenger door for you :
"What a gentleman!" you joked.
He laughed. His laugh was so beautiful that you couldn't help but smile.

After 20 minutes of driving, the traffic was getting more and more important, except the sound escaping the radio and the horns on the road, the drive was silent.
"The sky is beautiful. Have you seen all those stars?! You said.
- Oh.. Hum.. Yeah. It is really pretty. You like night time?
- Yes. Actually, twilight and night are my favorite times of the day!
He chuckled.
- Why is that?
- At twilight, I like seeing the sun going down, the sky is getting darker while the artificial lights are now lighting the streets. I love seeing the starts starting to shine until the sky become totally black. I could watch the night sky forever.
- Whoa.
- I'm sorry... I got carried away, you said watching the sky through your window.
- I actually really like night time too. It's calming. It relax me a lot. I love writing songs at this time, I find it inspiring.
- I think it is inspiring too."
He looked at you and flashed you one of his beautiful smile and you could only smile back at him.
You were looking at the sky at your respective windows until you heard horns behind you that were notifying you to drive since the traffic cleared up while you were day dreaming.
You were both kind of flustered and started to focus on the road again.

15 minutes later, you were close your neighborhood.
"Where do I go now?
- At the next stop you turn to the left, then to the right twice and to the left again.
- Alright."
Woosung seemed really focus on the road and it was kind of boring.
"Woosung???????, you whined
- Yes Y/N ?
- Are you happy?
- I guess? I mean, I will be totally happy when I'll have achieved my goal and living of my music but yeah, I am happy. What about you?
- I don't know. I don't have a lot of things to make me happy here.
- You don't have a boyfriend or something?
- WOOSUNG!
- What I'm just asking! And you can call me Sammy you know, it will be easier for you.
- Are you mocking my pronunciation right now? you said sarcastically.
- No!! I would never!!" He said on the same tone as you.
You let out a chuckle.
"So you don't have a boyfriend?
- No, I don't do relationships. You have someone?
- No at all, I'm 100% single. Why don't you do relationships?
- My last one didn't end up the best way...
- Same for me. I understand. But you shouldn't close yourself from new experiences just because of that.
- I know this but... Maybe I need a little more time, you know?
- We are here" he said coldly.
You looked up, realizing you were already arrived, you opened your door as you heard Woosung saying :
"It's dark here, let me walk you to your door. If you don't mind, please."
You nodded and waited for him to walk out of the car.
You walked a little to reach your building, you both entered and walked up the stairs, right to the fourth floor.
Arrived at your door, you turned to Woosung :
" So.. This is here..
- That seems lovely, he said pointing at the little" Welcome" carpet in front of your door.
- It was already there before I arrived!" You said defending yourself, slapping his chest.
There was a awkward silence afterward, you looked up from your feet to meet Woosung's gaze.
His eyes were looking at you so softly, traveling from your eyes, passing by your nose, to your lips.
You found yourself doing the same thing.
And within an instant, you were kissing him.
You didn't know why you did that, but you did it.
The kiss was passionate, desperate, burning with a bit of sadness, leaving a bitter taste on both of your lips.
You both pulled away, looking into each other's eyes when he said :
"I will think about you while watching the stars tonight, sleep tight." and walked down the stairs leaving you surprised and all flustered, a smile drawn on your beautiful features.
"Me too..." you said to yourself before entering your apartment.
