5 : "I Like You."

[8 PM]

Since Woosung was picking you up at 10, you thought it would be good to start getting ready.
You headed to your room and began to look for an outfit.
"Dress casual" you said out loud to yourself.
You picked out 4 differents outfits, unable to decide witch one to wear.
After a good 30 minutes you decided to keep it simple with high wasted jeans, a loose white shirt that you tugged into your jeans and paired this with low white converses.
Now that you were dressed, you sat at your desk and started to do your makeup, you choose to do something simple for your makeup as well : a bit of concealer, mascara and a light touch of nude lipstick.
You decided to let your hair natural, you liked it how it was today since you took really good care of it in the morning.
You looked at the time on your phone :

Even though you went as slow as possible in the process of getting ready, you still had time ahead.
You just played games on your phone until you received a message from Woosung :

From : Sammy 🐺
"I'm outside. U ready?"

To : Sammy 🐺
"I'm coming, gimme a sec!"

From : Sammy 🐺
"Great."

You pulled your phone in your purse and almost ran down the stairs to join Woosung who was waiting for you at the front door of your building.
You waved at him, smiling, not knowing how to greet him. He walked toward you and pulled you into a quick hug.
"Shall we go now? He said
- Yeah!" you answered, excitement filling your voice.
He opened the door for you, entered the car and started to drive to an unknown destination.

After 20 minutes of talking with him you asked :
"Where are we going????? It's long!
- Stop whining like a child! It's a surprise.
- I don't like surprises, you said with your arms crossed on your chest.
- You're so cute, he said focusing back on the road.
- Thank you.."
He was smiling, he wasn't even looking at you but just being in this car this close to you made him the happiest. It was the same for you. You realized you were smiling like crazy thanks to your reflection on the window, you started blushing as Woosung almost yelled :
"We are here!!"
You looked around you to see that you were next to a river, a little far from the city.
It was twilight so you assumed it was past 9:45.
You were lost in your thoughts as you were watching the sky when Woosung opened the door for you and took your hand into his.
He told you to stay in front of the car and to close your eyes. You did as told and started to heard some noises, you said :
"What the hell are you doing Sammy!! You're making so much noises!
- Stop complaining and let me work my magic!"
You laugh stupidly at his words, your eyes still closed.
After 3 minutes that seemed to be an eternity, he told you to open your eyes.
You were speechless as you saw what Woosung has been preparing for you.

"TA-DA!!" He said while waving his hands above his head.
You were out of words.
"Hey Y/N? What's wrong? You don't like it?" he said, obvious worried in his voice.
"No, I don't like it, you paused watching his smile fading, I f*cking love it Sammy!" you said jumping in his arms, pulling him into a tight hug.
"I'm glad you do, he said strocking your hair, do you mind if you let go off me and sit so we can eat? I'm hungry." you laughed at his statement and go sat down on one of the pillows.

As you were eating, the sun started to go down, the sky was getting darker and darker and you could see the stars appearing one by one.
" You know... I decided to do a night date because of this. I remember the first night we kissed while in the car, you said that you loved twilight and night time because you could relax and stargaze. That's why I did that. I thought you would feel less lonely watching the stars with me." Woosung said softly, his voice felt as soft as the velvet of your favorite pajamas were feeling against your skin.
"Thank you, you said reaching to grab his hand, thank you so much Sammy. It's amazing.
He took your hand in his,
- It's only a picnic you know, it's no big deal.
- No, not thank you for that. I mean yeah thanks for this amazing date but also for everything else.
- What do you mean?
- Since we first met you always made me feel so happy, I never smiled that much of my life until I met you. You're incredibly kind, funny, caring, passionate. I admire you so much Sammy. Thank you for making me feel beautiful by the way you look at me, for making me feel interesting and smart by listening carefully at everything I say. Thank you for making me feel love by giving me all those attentions and feelings. Thank you so much Sammy." your eyes started to water as you look into his, they were filled with compassion and... love.
"Y/N?
- Yes?
- I know it could seem like I go a bit fast because we've only been talking for over a month but I mean hey we kissed twice for God sakes!" He said trying to make the atmosphere less tensed as you both laughed. He shook his head :
"Okay so, what I wanted to say is that I like you. A lot. And I wanted to ask you if you could see us being together in the future or not since you said you weren't doing relationships and all that stuff. If you still need time I would understand and I will wait for you until you're ready and I -
- I like you too. And if this is your way to ask me to be your girlfriend I would say that this is bold to ask this on a first day, you chuckled, but since "we kissed twice for God sakes", you quoted him with sarcasm in your voice to make him laugh, I would say that yeah, I see us being together in the future.
- So does that mean that -
- We are together? Yeah. But I still want to take things slow. Okay?
- Of course", he said rubbing the back of your hand with his thumb as he kissed you passionately.
You both put all the dishes in the bag Woosung brang and laid down on your back, holding hands, stargazing.
This night was perfect.
You just sat there, without saying a word, just enjoying each other's presence.

[12 AM]

You decided to leave finally, even if it was making the both of you sad to put an end to this wonderful moment.
You packed up everything and put it back in the car.
The ride back was silence, every now and then, Woosung would put his hand on yours, smiling at you before focusing back on the road.
He drove you home slowly, still wanting to spend more time with you.
He walked you back in front of your door.
"Thank you for tonight Sammy. It was... The best night I've ever spend since I arrived here. I'm going to sleep well tonight, that's a sure thing!
- Haha. I hope so. I had a really great time too. We should do that again.
- What about doing it every third Saturday of the month?
- That sounds like a plan, he said stepping closer to you.
- What are you trying to do here Kim Woosung?
- Oh so now you call me by him Korean name?
- Only when I'm serious... Or being sarcastic.
- I see what game you're playing miss Y/LN.
- Oh no don't call me that!
- You started this!
- No I didn't! If you weren't trying to make a shy move like this I wouldn't have call -"
He stopped you by pulling you into his embrace, you snuggled your head onto his chest, taking a breath of his scent, it was calming, making you feel like home, his head was resting on your shoulder as the smell of your shampoo was filling the air around you.
You stayed like this for a good minutes before pulling away, you pecked his lips and said :
"Good night Sammy.
- Good night Y/N."

You smiled and closed the door, heading to sleep, your stomach filled with butterflies and your head full of new memories of him.
