Darkness.
All she saw was darkness. She tried to move around only to be met with a cold hard surface.
Metal...?
The girl slammed her fist against the metal object repeatedly until it swung wide open, the metal door crashing into the wall next to her. She stepped out and patted her cream cardigan off and smoothed out her long brown hair, taking a look at her surroundings, and narrowing her pinkish-blue eyes. She stood in a classroom that was overgrown with vegetation, akin to a messy, unkept greenhouse.
"Uh..."
The girl's head snapped in the direction of the noise and her eyes fell on a small boy with purple hair and a black gakuran, who immediately flinched at her sudden movement. An uncomfortable silence loomed over the two until the girl spoke.
"Are you the one that kidnapped me?"
The small boy instantly tensed up and frantically shook his head. "N-No! I swear I'm not. I was kidnapped too and I have no idea what's happening!"
The girl merely narrowed her eyes and crossed her arms, glaring down at the boy unconvinced. "Then how come you didn't help me while I was in the locker?"
The boy cowered more, shaking slightly. "I-I didn't know you were there..." He looked away meekly, unable to meet the girl's eyes.
The girl merely sighed, concluding that this weak boy couldn't have kidnapped her at all, only for her thoughts to be interrupted by the locker that stood next to the one she was trapped in making a ruckus, swaying slightly as something tried to get out. The girl glared at the locker while the boy let out a yelp at the sudden noise.
The door swung open and crashed into the opened locker next to it and a slightly dazed-looking, white-haired boy stepped out. He rubbed his eyes and his piercing blue eyes landed on the two in front of him.
"Who-?"
"Ah-! It's you!" The purple-haired boy pointed at the white-haired boy, slightly startling the brown-haired girl. "From school!"
"Oh... I remember you." The white-haired boy brushed his uniform off.
"I thought I saw you get taken as well... I'm glad you're safe-"
"Great reunion you two, now where are we?" The brown-haired girl snapped, catching the attention of the two boys.
The white-haired boy furrowed his brows at the girl and pointed at her. "Before that, just who are you-" He was cut off by a crash from outside the room they were in, followed by the thundering whirring of a machine.
The brown-haired girl, wasting no time, strode to the door and slid it open, peeking out into the hallway, which was as covered in vegetation as the classroom. She scanned the halls and hummed to herself, scratching her chin. "There's... nothing here."
"Hey! Don't just go opening doors like that after hearing a loud noise, are you insane!?" The white-haired boy barked as the purple-haired boy cowered behind him. "This is how people get killed!"
"You said there was nothing there...?" The purple-haired boy bit his thumb. "There's no way we didn't hear that... Something's up."
"No shit sherlock." The girl turned on her heel and snapped at the boy who gave her a look at her snarky response. She turned back to the entrance of the classroom and hopped out to get a better view of the hallway, still seeing nothing.
The two boys followed after her, their shoulders relaxing ever so slightly after seeing it was clear. "It really is clear..." The purple-haired boy mumbled, rubbing his arm. "Then what made that noise...?"
