Hopper was frozen, he felt like he was going down in a roller coaster with his hands tied. He didn't know what to do. But when he got back to himself again he ran up to Joyce, they were both crying while Hopper was untying the ropes tied around her body.
When he finally managed to get the ropes out, they hugged each other like they haven't seen each other in a year or so. Joyce got up holding her slightly bigger tummy, she was still crying. When they got home Joyce couldn't stop of thinking what happened while Hop was helping the bleeding parts of her head.
"I'm listening" Hopper said "what do you mean" "you know what I mean, tell me what happened". A teardrop was going down Joyce's face, "Hop, can we not talk about this" she started crying "if you won't tell, you are going get worst" "ok fine, I was at work and then this woman showed up at first I didn't think it could be much but then when I went to the back of the store to look for her she pulled her gun out and then s-she brought me to some place, it was like a old garage, you know it, then she just kept asking what I knew about El" "EL!" "Yeah El, I guess she was from the government" she claimed "and the blood on your head?"
Joyce had a flashback to the punches "every time I said I knew nothing they-they....hit me" her tone was slowly fading "hit you! Who hit you!" He was angry for real "you know the guy you shoot, with the mask and gloves filled with blood, that guy" Hopper got up without saying anything, he was happy that he could rescue his child and soon-to-be-wife but he was angry at him self for letting Joyce go to work.
This time it was for sure that she was leaving work.
