Ailith looked outside the cave entrance slash exit with her arms folded over her chest, the wing screeched and ruffled weak, autumn leaves within the high trees. She shivered as a response.

"Will you just come inside? I'm sure she just went to search the island!" Austa tried to insure the brunette. "She seems like the kind of selfless girl like that." She mumbles.

"She is selfless, and that's what's worrying me." Ailith says looking back at the dusk-approaching sky. "If night falls and she's not back, I'm going after..." She starts, turning around and walking within the cave. However, she was interrupted by a loud roar of pure agony...which was instantly identified. "Spike!"

Astra hid in the shadows of a brush with heavy breaths which she attempted to take slowly, saving them so she can hold them once this hooded man is done with his first entertainment...skinning Spike alive.

The ginger squints her emerald eyes shut and pushes tears deep within her system and tries to stay put so she isn't caught by this psychotic dragon killer.

Her thoughts were scrambled, she had no clue what she was doing till it was done. Her blade was out and she was standing in the open, though the hooded man's back was faced, he was still. The body of Spike laid before him...at least, his bones. "I've always wanted a pair of Nadder boots." He says in a muffled voice to himself, making Astra's heart race as she takes steps back.

Whoever this man is, he's no friend to dragon's and is no friend to dragon trainers. She turns and runs tripping over a log and grunting, bringing the hooded man's attention to her. He loads his crossbow and thus began the chase.

Astra ran with her heart in her throat and blade in hand, she didn't feel like fighting, she didn't have the strength after what she had just witnessed. The hooded man however, kept firing and firing arrows from his crossbow at her.

And just as he had a clear shot, ready to strike this stranger through the heart, spines blocked his path, making him trip over.

Ailith landed right before Astra and extended her hand. Astra took it without question but the brunette didn't take off just yet. "Where's Spike?!" She asks.

"Just go!" Astra snaps, her state of mind, the anger she felt, the mourning feeling within her chest, she couldn't think straight.

The three girls...but two dragons landed on the mountain of the island. Ailith hopped off and went to help Astra but she jumped off Dawn's back and ran to the edge, showing no signs of slowing down. "Astra, What are you..." Ailith cut herself off so she could run and tackle her friend before she could jump off the edge.

Astra however, had other plans than being saved. She elbowed Ailith in the chest and kicked her over her own head, stood up then ran towards the edge again. "Astra! Stop!" Austa's voice rang as she too dismounted her dragon and ran to save Astra.

This process repeated itself at least three more times before Ailith and Austa held a firm grip on the screaming Astra. "HE'S DEAD! HE'S DEAD!" She kept screaming and both other girls knew who she was talking about, and they all cried together, sitting in a huddle on the ground.

The hooded man arose and looked up at the two sharp class dragon's that fled. He tilts his head then removed his hood, showing nothing of his face to the suffering dragon behind him, but fiery ginger hair.
