"Kennie.. something's wrong. We have to leave!" I yelled getting all of my stuff together trying to run out the door. But I couldn't leave with out Kennie, who couldn't stop asking me questions.

"What the hell you talmbout Zion?" She asked from the top of the steps watching me make my way out the door. I should really go without her... if I don't I won't make it.

"I have to go." I told her heading out the door. I was halfway across the yard as I heard the door open. I looked back at Kennie, she was mad and confused.

"Zion what the hell is going on?" She ordered as I rolled my eyes and started heading in the opposite direction.

"Kennie just come the fuck on!" I yelled. I was too aggravated to give her the benefit of the doubt and ask politely. She stared at me and with a long sigh she said, "fine."

I watched her wait by my car before I followed her. I pressed the cars keys allowing her to enter the car. She didn't forget to slam the door behind her when she got in. I pushed he keys into ignition and started the cars.

I didn't waste a second, pushing on the brake and going fast. I looked over seeing Kennie roll her eyes at the uncontrollable adrenaline from the speed.

"Why you going so fast nigga?" She asked with an obvious attitude, staring out he window ahead of her.

"I.. I did something... I shouldn't have.." I admitted.

"Dye your dreds?" She joked as I rolled my eyes.

"No... it's about Nova."

"Did you tell her jellybeans are magic again? I told you to stop it, I don't know how she believe-" I stopped her from speaking with a grunt.

"No. There was a woman. She-she told me she could help... help our baby-help us. If.. " I didn't finish my sentence, Kennie couldn't take her eyes off me, she was in utter shock.

"What woman? What does that have to do with Nova?" She quizzed as I winced.

"The woman.. she looked like a detective.. I told her where Nova would be.. at first I didn't believe her but she said she'd be able to make sure you wouldn't have a m-" I couldn't say the word so instead I bit down on my tongue.

"Why the hell would a detective want Nova? What are you not telling me?" She asked as I looked at her.

"She's an alien." I admitted as Kennie laughed. I rolled my eyes realizing that it'd be hard to convince someone as stubborn as Kennie, "just think about it.. she know nothing about Earth."

"She's just dumb."

"That too.. but she is I swear." I promised.

"Is this some sort of sick game Zion? Do I look like a fucking idiot to you?!" She yelled at me as I rolled my eyes. She was pissed. "What the hell is going on?-" she yelled as looked into the side mirror to distract myself.

"There's a car following us." I told her under my breath, I couldn't believe it. I was scared but she didn't believe anything of what I was saying so why would she?

"There isn't a-" her words were stopped by a quick jolt that came to the both of us. It felt like we were throwing up all our air inside of us, our bodies jumping forward onto the car. Hearts racing.

"Get out the car." A tald buff and bald looking guy ordered to the side of his was a much skinnier, pale and blonde guy.

I got out the car but only to make sure Kennie was alright. I walked around the car staring at the people and looking down at their guns. I opened the passenger door and let Kennie out, she let out a distorted groan and came out.

"Come on." I whispered to her as she climbed out and slouched beside me, "What the fuck..?" She said between groans.

"Who.. who are you guys?" I asked them clutching onto Kennie.

"We are Cobra and Bubbles. Sorry for the back of your car but I'm sure that's the only way you'd stop. We have no intention of hurting you but if it has to come to it we will." The one the introduced himself as Cobra said in a deep tone as I stared at he both of them.

"What do you want from us?!" I tried to say as if I was tough but I could feel my voice cracking.

"We want the agent." He ordered. The detective, I don't know her, "the alien you've been illegally hiding for months." He explained further as Kennie looked at me with dull eyes.

"Wait.. you weren't joking?" She whispered as I shook my head.

"No.."

"And neither are we. Tell us where she is and we'll let you guys go." Bubbles "promised" as he motioned ya towards the long black car that was shinning under the street lamps.

We got inside the car hearing them follow behind us. They slammed the door behind themselves as me and Kennie shared a quick look. My hand lightly hit against my thigh in the same rhythm of my heart beat.

I wouldn't be shocked if someone's as said I was sweating or having a heart attack. I took Kennies hand in mine and looked at her, she was acting fine but I could tell she wasn't.

"I gotta cousin and that nigga don't play!" Kennie threatened as nobody said anything.

"We're going to ask again." Bubbles said with his spine-chilling voice.

"Where is the agent?" Cobra finished his sentence with a calmer tone that sounded demanded, like there was no other option.

"What agent?!" I shouted back this time more assertive.

"She's manipulative. She's able to transform into anybody at anytime. She only needs to be able to see what they look like." One of them explained at this point I couldn't tell the difference.

"Wait... So is Nova...?" Kennie asked them as they stayed quiet.

"Who's Nova?" One of the man asked, "Agent 626." They answered.

"No. Agent 626 isn't the enemy.."

"W-wait then who is?!" I snapped, worried even more about how I left the inevitable fate of my friends in the hands of a total psychopath.

"What's her name..?" Bubbles asked rhetorically, "starts with something..." he trailed off.

"Isn't it like Julie or Jaya?" Cobra asked in the same dazed out tone.

"Jayla!" Me and Kennie shouted at the same time. I started putting the pieces together in my head but it seemed even more impossible.

"But we don't know where she is!"

"We have a way to track them..."

"Please... wait.. I need to tell him what happened." Nova whimpered begging Jayla as she rolled her eyes, "you have ten minutes." Jayla said as Nova bit her lip and looked at me.
