Guan Shan wakes up to an arm tightly wrapped around him and his head tucked underneath another's chin. He sighs, in what could be identified as content, though at this point the heat radiating off the other's body was overwhelming. The sensible part of his brain told him to move back if he didn't want to sweat more than he already is. The part that's run by hormones tells him to wrap around the other tighter and wake him up with a real surprise.

The phone rings and it seems like the decision is already made for him. With a groan, he removes himself from the other's embrace and the sudden exposure to cold air causes him to shiver.

"This better be good," he sleepily growls as he picks up.

"Why are you still sleeping? It's 12!"

"For fuck's sake Jian Yi, if I knew I would be woken up through your complaints I would have stayed in Hell."

"Harsh," Jian Yi retaliates, and Guan Shan could practically see him pouting through the phone.

"What do you want?"

"Is He Tian still sleeping?"

Guan Shan glances at the sleeping form beside him and snorts, "Is that even a question?"

"Well, wake him up, we're meeting for brunch in about half an hour."

Guan Shan groans, "Jian Yi why do you even-"

"I will be very upset if you don't come."

Guan Shan gulps, the last thing he needs is Jian Yi upset. Guan Shan has been to Hell and he rather go through that experience again then have Jian Yi be upset.

"Fine but it better be good food."

"Of course, I'll see you there in half an hour, remember," Jian Yi says loudly, "you only have half an hour, which means no morning se-"

Guan Shan hangs up before the other could finish and tosses his phone to gods know where.

"You should have let him finish," He Tian mumbles, his voice deep with sleep.

Guan Shan rolls his eyes as he settles back in bed. He throws his leg over the other's, and faces him so their noses are touching, "Your ex-fiancé is being a nuisance."

He Tian rubs his nose against the other so softly that it makes Guan Shan's heart clench, "Well," HeTian continues to mumble sleepily, "I was really expecting a better wake up call than Jian Yi's loud voice from my current fiancé."

Guan Shan shivers at the word. It's something that he never thought he would hear from anyone. It happened after Guan Shan's high school graduation. For once the redhead was sure of his future and was happy about it. He Tian had been bugging Guan Shan about giving him the second button of his school jacket. They were huddled into a corner of an isolated alleyway by his school. His mother was probably looking for him but the only thing Guan Shan could think about was He Tian's lips on his neck as he tugged the button off the other's jacket. He kisses it and whispered, "Now I have your heart."

Guan Shan had rolled his eyes and said, "That's a Japanese graduation tradition loser, besides," he continues as he looks at the floor bashfully, "You already have it."

He Tian chuckled and took the other's hand. He softly kissed Guan Shan's palm.

With a voice that's barely loud enough to be considered a whisper, he asked, "Marry me?"

Guan Shan's heart is in his throat and he couldn't believe that he got this lucky. Who knew summoning a demon was the best thing that happened in his life?
