I started off learning about this lifestyle though videos. I want this in the future for myself, but am not that far yet. I did read 50 Shades of Grey, and enjoyed it, but I knew it was highly unrealistic. I have learned a lot about this lifestyle and 50 Shades is not what this book is. I enjoy darker play, so bear that in mind. I will warn when it might get too much. I do know that people know more than me, so if something in my storyline needs correcting, feel free to let me know.
