What would you do?
if i wrote you a song would you listen to it?
if i cried you a river would you learn how to swim?
if i gave my heart to you, would you have a special box you'd put it in?
if my abilty to go on became thin, would you help me to make it thick?
if i had no words to that song, would you still listen to it?
if my tears were filled with blood, would you still get swimming lessons?
if my heart was tattered and torn, would the box be ugly and worn?
if the ability was never there, would you really care?
if the song i wrote you was incorrect, would you fix it?
If my river was filled with past monsters, would you tame it for me?
if my heart became cold, will there be love for you to see?
if your ability withered with mine, would everthing be fine?
can i ask you a question?
If my love for you was never-ending, how would your feelings change towards me?
If my eyes werent so empty, would you take the time to see?
See what i've been begging for you to, just open your eyes and look.
