(Y/N)'s POV:

I sit on a nearby bench, watching the guys play. Their every move was graceful, yet violent.

One of them looked my way and winked at me, I looked back down to my book. I started sketching a basketball jersey out of inspiration.

Suddenly, I heard a slight creaking sound and felt the other side of the bench press down a bit. I jumped because of the sudden movement.

"Sorry, (Y/N)... I didn't mean to startle you." A familiar voice said. '(C/N)' I thought.

"It... it's ok." I replied. (C/N), (B/F/N), (C/F), (C/B/F/N), (F/N) and a few others used to play basketball together. Then I left because I started to have feelings for (C/N) and couldn't stand being near him. The others kept playing until they suddenly split when (C/N) left.

"How are you?" He asked in the same hushed tone as me.

"I'm ok.. how are you?" I lied. I wasn't ok. Not with him around.

"To be honest, I miss playing with the others." He said.

"Why don't you go play then? They'll re-assemble the team if you ask them too." I suggested. I just wanted him to be happy.

"It brings back something..." he said in a softer and quieter tone, as if speaking in a voice even slightly louder would break him.

"Memories?" I asked. After all, that's really the only thing it could bring back.

"Kind of..." he started. "It brings back memories and feelings that, if I'm being completely honest, scare me." He continued. "Why did you leave anyways?" He asked. That was the one question I didn't want to answer.

"Something happened." I stated vaguely. I was hoping so hard for him to just move on from that, but of course, he didn't.

"What happened...?" He asked shyly. That's something I've always loved about (C/N). He's always so gentle around me. He knows that I can break with just the wrong tone, so he's really careful.

"I was so so stupid..." I said, placing my head in my hands. He made a sort of 'huh' sound, as if asking me to elaborate.
"I fell for this guy in our group and..." I caught sight of him frowning through my fingers. "And... I was scared." I ended, hoping that he was satisfied with that answer.

"Who?" He said, a frown was evident on his face.

(C/N)'s POV:

I felt myself frown as I heard that she left because she fell for someone. I couldn't help but ask who it was.

She lifted her head out of her hands and looks into my (C/E/C) eyes. Her (Y/E/C) ones were such a nice colour. I unconsciously put my fingers through her (Y/H/C) hair. She smiled.

"Well... he has (C/H/C) hair..." she started. I instantly thought of (R/P/N) who has the same colour hair. I felt jealousy well up inside of me. "And (C/E/C) eyes..." she continued.

'Wait.. (R/P/N) doesn't have (C/E/C) eyes? Does he?' I thought. I looked at her as if she was the last puzzle piece, but she didn't fit in the last spot.

"It's you..." she murmured. I think that she didn't want me to hear, because when I asked she was flustered.

"H-huh? Y-you? I would never like y-you!" She stammered, obviously caught off guard.

"Lets test that theory then..." I smirked, leaning closer.

"What are y-you doing, (C-C/N)..." she stuttered. I leaned in closer.

"If I kiss you, what will you do?" I asked seductively. She looked at me in shock.

"K-kiss? M-me?" She asked. "You wouldn't kiss me..." she finally regained her composure. Despite what she said, her lips were parted, as if she was begging to be kissed right here and now.

'The things you do to me, (Y/N)...' I thought, smiling to myself.

"Well, how would you know if I would or wouldn't?" I asked. She then became a blushing mess, but didn't stutter.

"Well, if you did, I'd push you away." I slightly frowned.

"Let's see..." I stated in a matter-of-fact type way.

Before she could speak, I crashed my lips against hers. She didn't push me away like she said. 'Knew it.' I thought. She put her arms around my neck and attempted to deepen the kiss, but I pulled away.

"You didn't push me away?" I teased.

"Well, maybe I do like you. But how would you know if I do or don't?" She smirked and walked away as if nothing happened.

'The things you do to me..' I thought once more.

And that was the day she left me a blushing mess. The reason? Basketball.
