(Max Steel) A not so hero

Max Steel

When I walked into the house I felt a groan leave my lips as I plopped down on the couch.

"Today has been the worse day.... ever." I whined as I hid my face in my pillow.

"It wasn't that bad. You got to hook Syd and Max up." Tinker said happily.

"If they even actually go out." I said with a laugh.

"I'm sure they will...... I mean they obviously like each other."

Ding

I pulled my phone out and laughed as I saw Syd's name pop up.

"How was the date?" I asked playfully.

"It was amazing! We almost kissed but some stupid monster stopped it... he is so amazing!" She exclaimed.

"Syd you aren't going girly on me are you?"

"Shut up! Have I ever told you I love you?"

"So the date went well?" Tinker asked as she flew towards the phone.

"That Tinker?" Syd asked calmly.

"Yea She was asking if the date went well." I said calmly.

"Tell her it went amazing, and that you Raven Dread and my best friend and I love you!"

"Love you too you idiot. I gotta go I promised her a movie night." I said with a laugh.

"Alright, bye!"

"Bye." I said as I hung up.

I shook my head and quickly turned the tv on and grabbed some drinks.

"Yay! We finally get that movie marathon!" She exclaimed happily.

"Hopefully I stay awake." I said calmly.

I heard the news flip on and I froze when I heard THI. I saw Dread fighting a guy in a suit and then they disappeared in the sky.

"Huh? Whoa! Seems we're still on the clock! How does it feel to have saved all of copper canyon? What can you tell us about thi? Are you a strange visitor from another planet? What's your name?"

"Max. Steel." The man said softly.

"And there you have it. Copper canyon saved by its very own superhero Max Steel!"

"What about Dread?" I asked as I looked at the tv.

I rushed to grab my phone and called Naught.

"Naught where is my dad?" I asked angrily.

"I'm looking for him now.... he disappeared... we are picking up his signature and going to get him. Be at the secret base ready to give some TURBO Energy." He said sternly.

"On my way, Tinker! Flight!" I yelled as I hung up.

"No movie marathon for us." She said as we suited up.

I hit the button to the roof and took to the skies. I soon made it to the base and rushed in to see Dread on a table.

"What happen?" I asked as I rushed to his side.

"Max Steel. He over powered him." Naught explained.

"I'll end him." I growled out.

"I'm so time.... but for now we wait for him to recover." He said softly.

"What does he need to get back on his feet?" I asked as I looked over at Naught.

"Rest.... and we have a supply of TURBO Energy going through him as we speak... he should be better in a few weeks." He said softly.
