Chapter 10

Veronica's POV

Jacey had run off and the others went to find her while I staid back working on the outfits. Our teacher said performances start next week. That means outfits have to be done and Jacey has to come back.

"Oh.. Hey Ronnie." Reggie says and closed the door.

"Are you hiding from someone?" I ask.

"No. Why would you ask that?" He asks.

"You just looked like you came in here to hide." I say.

"Okay I was. Ethel wanted to ask me something and I know she likes me. I dont want to be rude. Anyway nice purple dress." He says.

"Thanks. I always same mine for last." I say.

"So this girl group you guys have to do. You any good?" He asks.

"Well I dont want answer that, but I think so. If Jacey doesnt unquit and we dont work on the song in full outfits, dance, and stage presents, then we all fail." I say.

"Im sure your performance will be amazing. As for Jacey just hope Archie can talk to her." He says.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"Archie and I saw her leave in a mood. He followed her so maybe he can get her to talk to him." He says.

"Yeah maybe. Hey could you give me a hand?" I ask.

"Sure." He says.

He helped me out and all I could think about was what will happen to us if Jacey doesnt come back.

Jacey's POV

I just had to get out of there I was not going to be duped again. Those girls arent my friends and they dont want to be. Only serpents can be real and true friends to me.

"Quite following me!" I yell turing around.

Right there behind me was my idiot brother's friend. Archie Andrews what the hell did he want.

"You okay?" Archie asks.

"Whats it to you?" I ask.

"Well you just look so upset. Want to talk about it?" He ask.

"With you? No. You arent my friend or anything to me. So leave me alone and go friend your Blond bitch who wants to blow my brother." I say.

I went to climb onto my motorcycle when Archie stole my keys. I then grabbed his arm and bend it back.

"Ow.. God your strong, but it doesnt hurt. Also.. Nice try." He says and then got out my grip.

"How'd you do that? Whatever. Give me my keys." I say holding out my hand.

"No. Not until you talk to me. Jacey whats going on?" He asks.

"Bite me." I say.

"If thats what it takes to get you to talk to me then okay." He says with a smirk.

I just wanted to punch him, but Archie is someone who doesnt take no for an answer.

"Fine you want answers give me my keys and hop on." I say.

"Yeah like I trust you. We go in my car and I drive. So I know you want try to kill us." He says.

He walked over to his truck and opened the passenger door.

"Dont trust me. Good boy." I say and went into his car.

He got in and began driving. He wanted me to talk, but I didnt want to. Though my parents and brother are the only ones who know the real truth maybe its time for others to know too. Although that wont be Archie I can tell you that.
