I had stayed up rather late so that I could finish my own homework. And Grimmjow had stayed up even later. So it was no surprise when we both slept through my alarm. The sound of my ringtone woke me up, thankfully, and I lazily reached for it on the nightstand. Grimmjow's arm tightened around my waist, and I snuggled back into him as I answered the phone.

"Hello?" My voice was raspy with sleep.

"Juna! Where are you?" It was Renji.

I rubbed my eyes as I glanced over at the clock. And then I realized what time it was. "I overslept!"

"I'll tell Shuuhei that we're not gonna be able to go to the café. That'll give you some extra time to get ready. So hurry!"

I nodded, already trying to untangle myself from Grimmjow. "Alright, I'll be there soon!"

I knew that Grimmjow had offered to take me to school, but that was before he'd stayed up nearly the whole night. I was certain I'd never be able to wake him in time. So my best bet was to get ready quickly enough to ride with Shuuhei and the others. I didn't want to disturb Grimmjow, so I didn't turn on the light as I rifled through the drawer that Grimmjow had dumped all of my stuff into to find my school uniform. Luckily, I had showered the night before since I didn't want to have to deal with it in the morning. I just had to brush my teeth and tug on my clothes. I'd left my school bag in the living room, so I could grab it on the way out.

I snuck over to the bed and leaned in to kiss Grimmjow's cheek. He looked so handsome lying there in the oversized bed, sprawled out across the sheets and pillows. I'd woken up the night before as he'd crawled into the bed alongside me, having already fallen asleep as I waited for him to finish whatever "business" he'd been conducting on the phone. I remembered how heavily I'd blushed when I'd realized that he'd stripped completely naked before joining me. But he was totally casual about it. He made a teasing remark about my blushing, comfortably wrapping me up in his arms and pulling my body close to his... he'd also commented on how sexy I looked sleeping in his shirt, which I'd changed back into after my shower. He'd nuzzled my damp hair and started snoring soon after. And I'd drifted into a comfortable sleep in his muscular arms.

It was so tempting just to cuddle back up to him in the bed and sleep the day away. I hated to leave him. But I had to get to school. I pulled my phone out and snapped a quick picture, figuring I could keep a souvenir at the very least. I captured his handsome, sleeping face along with his broad, muscular chest and sprawled out arms. I couldn't help but blush at my own lewdness when I noticed that the picture also showed the patch of blue hair on his pelvis, leading down beneath the blanket. I hadn't meant for the picture to be so revealing, but I couldn't help but admire it all the same. He grumbled something under his breath, but was otherwise unmoved by my departure. And then I rushed outside, momentarily blinded by the morning sun, and found my friends all waiting by Shuuhei's car.

"Good morning, sleeping beauty!" Shuuhei grinned at me, already getting into the driver's seat. "Get your ass in the car so that we can make it to the café in time!"

I hurried over, not wanting to hold them up any longer. "I'm so sorry!"

"Juna, your hair is a mess!" Rukia grumbled as I slid into Renji's lap.

Renji's arms wrapped around me, just as usual, and he murmured in my ear. "Everything alright?"

"Just fine." I nodded. "I just stayed up too late trying to get all of those algebra problems finished."
