His hands on her hips and a relaxed expression on his face as he leaned into the intimate embrace.

You sat in your closet with most of the contents of your bed. One of your couch cushions was under you which left you to use your three blankets to cover your entire body as you sank into all the pillows you owned that you were currently surrounded by in the small closet space.

It was the most comforting place you felt you could be, reminding you of the first time you got scared of a storm and hid there. Even with that, many tears still pooled out of your eyes. You felt humiliated, disgusted, ashamed, sad, and angry.

Humiliated, the guy you were with in public had smooched your coworker and you ran away crying as regulars of the cafe watched.

Disgusted, the man you had been intimate with was showing affection to someone you hated.

Ashamed, you had fallen for a guy who obviously had many women around him for the taking.

Sad, you thought he had similar feelings for you as you did for him which was now a crushed thought.

Angry, Burne had taken your brief absence to approach him and he allowed it.

You continued to bawl into your pillows and blankets which were really hot, not that you cared, when your phone buzzed.

It had been for the past ten minutes, you had locked your door when you got home along with your bedroom door, knowing that he now had no way to reach you physically.

You decided to check your notifications as you sniffed, still crying.

Your eyes stared fully at the screen as they watered more, you wiping them with your hand repeatedly.

You went onto your message app and saw that not all the messages were from Bakugou. You went to look at them.

Hey, I found out that there's a victim willing to talk, can we meet up tomorrow around noon?

Y/n, is something wrong? You usually answer so fast

Sent: 9:30 AM

Sorry, I was a bit busy, but yea, let's meet tomorrow.

Delivered

You sighed and checked the time, 9:40. You hugged your pillow and buried your face in it as you let out more shakey breaths and more tears leaked from your eyes.

Your phone came to life again as a call was presented on the screen. You looked at the screen and raised a brow slightly.

The number was unfamiliar but you recognized the name. You hesitantly answered.

"H-Hello?" You questioned in a croaky voice as you wiped more tears out of your eyes.

"T/n? You dont sound so good? Are you ok?" The concerned voice of Kirishima came out.

"Oh yea," You laughed dryly, "Just crying, no big deal."

"No big deal! Girl get your butt over to the karaoke bar downtown now." He demanded before hanging up.

You stared in mild confusion before obediantly obeying and shuffling out of your closet and blankets. You didnt bother putting on a sweater over your thin shirt and put on your sneakers before taking a breath and leaving through your bedroom window, shutting it and jumping onto the brick of your backyard and running over roof tops to downtown.

The freezing air of early fall made you feel more alive than you were a few minutes ago as you leapt off a building and onto pavement, walking a bit before finding the karaoke bar.

As you approached you noticed the redhead standing outside with a warm coat and decorative scarf and pants, tapping his foot impatiently.

He looked over and spotted you, quickly running up to you as you took a step back. His warm hand met your icy face as he looked into your eyes.

"You were crying? Why?" He asked softly yet firmly.

Almost at once when you were asked your lip quivered and you teared up again.

"Because I'm stupid." You whined out.
