I missed my update day but I was on a very busy trip so I hope you guys dont mind to much! <3
It was a very productive day, Midnight had you working until you were about ready to collapse. Even though your muscles ached to the bone, you still made an effort to head over and visit Izuku.
You had the day off from your work at the cafe so it was more than perfect to visit now in your opinion.
The building itself was nothing special, just like every other building in the city, inside was very lively. People stood talking or walking with arms full of papers, boxes, or other miscellaneous items.
With a bit of hesitance, you stepped forward, looking at a small map posted on a wall before heading towards Izuku's office room place.
Some how, you managed to succeed and gave a few knocks on the door before entering. When you tapped in, he was on the phone.
You stayed quiet so you wouldn't interrupt the conversation which was ending fast now that you entered.
"Ok, I'll look into it, I'll talk to you later Kacchan-" The male sucked in a breath and a nervous look spread on his face.
The name wasn't one that you'd heard before, yet it left you feeling like you just had a bit of deja vu.
You were pulled out of your trance as the phone was placed down and the now nervously sweating male turned to you.
"Y/n, you dont remember Kacchan, right?" He asked a bit shakily.
"No, should I?" You responded.
He let out a small sigh of relief and stood straighter.
"That's not important right now, anyway, I'm glad your here, I just finished collecting all the information we have on the memory snatcher."
"Really? That's great! So where should we start?" You asked.
"Well, first if all, there has been a few sightings and accounts from victims, unfortunately most of the victims were traumatized after regaining their lost memories and didn't speak at all about it." Izuku spoke, shuffling through some papers.
"Traumatized?" You questioned, "Why? What did they do?"
You were given a small glance before your friend looked back down at the papers.
"Izuku? What is it?" You repeated.
"I cant tell you."
"You cant? Or dont want to?" You asked in a low tone.
"I dont want to ok, if I tell you then, then you might not be the same.." he frowned, his eyes looking a bit dull.
"Be the same? How? What on earth could you possibly tell me that would make me any worse off than I already am?" You demanded in a distressed voice.
"Actually, there's alot that I haven't told you, but there are so many things that prevent me from telling you." He sighed.
"I already cant remember anything about my life, why cant you just tell me?" You asked sadly.
"If I did, you might not trust me anymore, and I need you to trust me so I can help you." He replied.
It was silent for a few seconds after that and you laughed dully.
"Well, what are we gonna do?" You asked.
"Theres a place I wanna investigate, if what I think is true, then we're gonna get alot of answers." He responded.
