So to avoid any confusion about this fan fiction, I'm going to explain everything here.
This story is set in 2018, which means the whole Quentin getting fired happened 2 years ago in 2016 during the Civil War era.
In this timeline, Civil War did happen but it quickly resolved so the Avengers are still together. Tony Stark gave the A.I to Peter in 2018, hence making Quentin to hunt for it to seek revenge but he didn't think of Tony getting involved because he isn't active as Iron Man anymore.
In conclusion, I did not set the event as it is like in the MCU, and I changed a little things.
