Alison's POV
It's 3:34 am. I haven't slept at all.
Connor is a sleep beside me. He's peaceful and rests his head on my chest. His arms are around my waist as he holds me close to him.
I try to fall a asleep, but its not working. My eyelids are becoming heavy. I want to sleep, I need to sleep.
I close my eyes and hope to sleep.
4:03 am. Only thirty minutes of sleep, yipe. Hear the sarcasm.
I once close my eyes, then open them.
6:56 am. Almost seven.
Connor is now sleeping on his right side facing me. His head is right above mine. He has a stuffy nose. Also he keeps coughing. I think he's sick.
Once the sunrises, he opens his beautiful eyes.
I look at the clock once more 8:21 am.
"How long have you been up?" his raspy morning voice comes to life.
Since 6. "I just got up." I lied.
"Oh. Is anyone else up?" he blinked to not get blinded by the sun.
I shrugged, "I don't know."
"Did you sleep?"
No.
"Yes." I lied.
He kissed my forehead and left the room to shower.
I know I shouldn't lie, but they take care of me all the time and I don't want them to worry about me.
I slipped out of the bed and walked to the kitchen where everyone else was.
The smell of eggs and bacon filled the cabin.

Connors POV
I slipped on clothes and underwear and walked to the kitchen. My throat is sore and I keep coughing.
After a few minutes if coughing on the way, I made it. Everyone is eating bacon or eggs or both.
I searched for medicine, nothing.
"Is there any medicine?" My voice is raspy and dull.
"For what?"
"Cough? Throat? One of them."
"Ya check my bag," and Thomas pointed to his suitcase sitting on the stairway.
I unzipped it and pulled the medicine I need.
I took one pill and then ate.
••••
Right now we are back at Thomas' place.
I'm laying on the couch holding my stomach.
"Con? Are you okay?" Ali checked.
"Ya, I'll be fine. I'm just a little sick."
She sat down next to me and rubbed my back, "Do you want me to get something?"
"Can you get me a blanket? It's freezing!"
"Okay." She walked away.
It's freaking cold and I need to throw up. My stomach didn't agree with the eggs or bacon.
I quickly got up and made it to the bathroom, but someone was in there.
"Connor?" Ali called.
Right there in front of the door, I threw up. The taste was horrifying.
"Bro, are you okay?" Riley came over.
Another mess on the floor.
"Dude, you need to rest!"
"Its okay, I'm fine." I tried to find my voice.
"Why don't we drive you home?" Thomas asked. He probably doesn't want any more throw up in his house.

Alison's POV
I dropped everyone at their apartment, now going to drop the McDonough boys off. I wanna make sure Connors okay. Right now he is almost asleep.
"Did he eat something bad?" Riley asked.
"I don't think so..."
"Ya, didn't see anything." Toby said.
Connor groaned the coughed.
"Are we sure he's okay?"
"I don't now. He was fine yesterday."
We pulled into the drive way and helped Connor out and onto his bed.
The boys left me with this sicko.
I grabbed his guitar, normally he'd be the one singing, but today its my turn.
I started strumming and started singing 'Battle Scars' by Paradise Fears. Its one of my favorite songs.
Just remember that your still alive
I can hear him lightly snoring, which in my opinion was cute.
"Ali?" He spoke.
"Ya?"
"Come here." And he signaled me to sit on the bed besides him.
I walked over and sat down. I moved his hair out of his eye.
"Thank you."
"For what?"
"Taking care of me," he took a breath, "Because I'm sick and no one wants to take care of a sick person."
"It's okay."
He smiled and I got up but he grabbed my wrist, "Stay?"
I nodded, even though he's sick I wouldn't mind. I know if I were in his place, he'd do the same.
I kicked off my shoes and hopped into his bed. He wrapped his pale arms around my waist and we drifted to sleep.
