Heather opened her eyes. She was staring at the roof. She started dozing off again.
"Rise and shine, you piece of burned potato," Stella said as she roughly opened Heather's curtains and the blinds. The room was now very bright. Heather took a pillow and pressed it on her face to cover the brightness.
"I'm gonna open your window. Your room is very stuffy." Stella then opened the windows.
"I wanna sleep, Stella," Heather complained.
"It's called summer vacation. Live it."
"I go to school during the week. There is no vacation for me."
"It's Saturday today. Go to a pool party or something. Just get up. It's 9 in the morning." Stella walked out of the room.
"Yeah exactly. It's only 9 in the morning." By now Heather was already wide awake. She threw all the blankets off her to the side and she got up.
She hopped downstairs and walked into the kitchen.
"Good morning. Why are you up so early? It's only 9 in the morning." Kathy said as she placed two eggs in Heather's plate.
"Exactly. Stella woke me up." Heather said.
"No. You were awake. I just made your brain aware that it's Saturday."
"Do you like summer school?" Josh asked as he too entered the kitchen.
"Dad, I don't like school in general." She answered.
"Heather Langstorm, for that relatable comment, I'm taking you shopping and I'm not paying for anything you want." Stella sipped on her coffee, looking at her father.
"Fine, Heather, my wallet, Is somewhere. Did you have to Stella?" Josh asked, hesitant to giving them his wallet. Kathy hit Josh on his back.
"It's in my drawer. Upstairs. First drawer." He said. Kathy hit him in his back again. Josh put his hand in his pocket and took out his black wallet.
"So if mom wasn't here, you would have made us believe your wallet was upstairs. Shame on you." Heather said.
Josh took out a card and handed it to Stella.
"Don't you dare think about maxing the card. Again."
Stella winked at him and sent Heather to her room to get dressed.
Heather instead, stood in front of her closet, staring at the clothes she had.
"Why on Earth, do I still have my kinder garden clothes?" She asked herself.
She spotted a baby pink dress. As she took it out, she saw it was a dress she had five years ago.
"Most of my nice clothing is at school."
Finally, she saw black tights and a red V-necked top.
"Did you get lost upstairs? I waited for forever." Stella said when Heather got in the car.
"Why are you even wearing leggings. Its summer Heather. Are you trying to die?" Stella continued as she drove.

"Can somebody here be a little useful!" Damian screamed as he threw a book at a werewolf. He was at his mansion, in an underground room.
"All I want is useful people. That Owl isn't going to fly to me." He said.
"Why not, Sir?" A vampire asked.
