Slowly you walked Into his office. It was a lot larger than yours. It was rather plain say for a couch in the corner, a large book shelf and a desk in the back of the room with Spock sat on one side working away with papers all around him and a small chair on the other side of the desk. He looked up for a second before continuing typing on his PADD.
"If you haven't finished your shift yet I can come back a bit later if that would be better" you said stopping only a few steps into the office still keeping the door open about to retreat back behind it.
"No I have finished my shift for the day. I am just doing some extra work. You can start" He said next looking up from where he was. " and close the door" he said slightly sternly. You quickly walked in and closed the door gently as not to get him anymore annoyed at you. And placed your bag onto his couch then you placed what you needed on the side which was your PADD with your previous notes pulled up. You had also brought a face mask in case he became irritated by you breathing on the back of his neck. You brought your PADD over to where he was sat before scanning over them and placing it onto the chair opposite him before walking around to the back of him.
Your cleared your throat "I will be starting from the middle of your back and checking upwards to see what the problem arias are first then begin the message.." you said cautiously looking at him. He simply nodded. You began at the middle of his back feeling up along his spine to the base of his neck, seeing for any reaction would normally be what you would look for but due to him being well Spock you had to go on feel alone and when you felt a tight spot noted it down in your head and continued until the exam had finished. You had identified that he was holding most of the tension in his shoulders and at the top of his spin and neck but there was also some at the middle of his back.
"Ok I have identified some spots which I will now begin the message in what I feel are the most needed arias" there wasn't any reaction from him this time so you began messaging his shoulder first as they were one of the tightest arias. As you started to calm down a bit as you began the message you suddenly realised how broad his back was in comparison to you. You began to remember how tall he was compared to you. You just never paid attention to it because you were in nurse mode which is how you act in the med bay.
You had finished the message with about as much talking from Spock as you had seen at all the other times he had been with the group.
"Would you mind standing up for a second for me so I can check you posture there?" You cautiously asked stepping away from the back of his chair and to his side. He simply nodded and stood up straight facing the front of his office. This just made the hight difference even more obvious as you compared his 6'2 to your messily 5'4. You leaned up on your toes to see how his neck was positioned getting some hard stairs from him from the corner of his eye. " can you know show me how you sit" you said after making sure he had proper posture which of course he did. He sat down and immediately you saw that he was slouching slightly as he leaned over to work. Forgetting who it was in front of you and turning back into nurse mode for a second you stepped closer and placed both of your hands on his shoulders earning a sharp look from him making you quickly retract your hands. "I'm sorry I was simply going to correct your sitting posture" you said with sorry eyes and he simply looked forward and nodded you pulled his shoulders back and moved his head back before explaining that this repeated sitting position over a great period of time was probably the cause for his discomfort and that when possible he should sit like this from now on.
He nodded and stood up sharply almost making you fall over if he hadn't grabbed your arm.
"Sorry I didn't realise you were standing up" you said quickly moving away from him while nervously messing with the hem of your dress, trying to hide the blush on your cheeks from your error in front of the commander.
"It is no problem but it is 5 o'clock so You must be going as it is time for next meeting with the science devision" he said before turning to you with a expecting look.
After being lost in his eyes for a second you quickly snapped out of it and nodded before grabbing you PADD and you bag and quickly leaving his office to see a group of men in blue shirts waiting outside the door. You heard Spock call them from inside the room and you quickly took off down the hall before you could get anymore funny looks from them for being inside the commanders office for so long while Spock simply brushed off the questions not seeing the need to answer them.

After making it back to your room you typed up some notes onto Spocks file before turning to relax with a good book for the evening from your vast array that were littering the walls of your room. Your family weren't rich on earth so you grew up mainly using old fashioned paper books and you hadn't lost the joy of holding a actual book in your hand rather than a screen. It was weird to some of your friends but it was a way that helped you relax as there wasn't a bright light in your face. You relaxed with a cup of tea and began reading one of your favourite books. By the next time you looked up from your book it was 10pm. You quickly got ready for bed remember that you had a early day the next day.

Large time skip brought to you from Spock 😉

It has been a few weeks that you had been performing the medical messages and you had learned a small amount about Spock. It peaked his interest when he learnt you were fluent in a few other languages the main one was Vulcan, which your grandfather had taught you to better talk to your great grandfather and they had also both taught you all the history of Vulcan that they could but of course you left that part out from Spock and told him that you learned when you were younger and didn't remember why, this helped you grow closer as he didn't really know many other people on the crew that knew as much Vulcan history as you. In fact the amount you knew had lead him to grow more interested in you as not many people even Vulcans knew as much as you did especially none Vulcans but when ever he asked how you learnt it you avoided the question. He had taken to asking some of the people you were close to. Bones and Uhura. Luckily them realising what was happening they also avoided it and both quickly learnt from the other that he was starting to suspect something which is why they were now both barging into your office.

The sudden crash threw the door made you fly to your feet your head bolting up from your work, throwing your chair backwards as you still had some of your Vulcan strength but not as much as Spock, and almost screamed until you saw who it was and you leaned forward onto your desk "you guys nearly gave me a heart attack!" You said in a scolding tone. Bones shut and locked the door while Uhura closed the curtains on the windows that were on the front of your office to keep an eye on the med bay. You gave them a questioning look "what are you both doing?" You asked getting scared.

"He knows something's up!" Uhura said checking who was in the med bay between the curtains before leaving the window and crossing her arms in front of your desk.
"Who?" You asked still thoroughly confused by the whole situation
"Spock!" Bones almost yelled as he slammed his hands into your desk looking at you angrily "what did you say to him. He's asking us both how you know so much about Vulcan!" He yelled the last bit before Uhura grabbed his shoulder with a slight glare to make him chill.
Your face went pale as a ghost "I..I didn't I was just talking to him about Vulcans history I forgot that it wasn't common knowledge I... I dropped my guard. It was a accident!" You said pacing back and forth now rubbing your head as you started to panic. "What if he finds out. What if he tells the crew. WHAT IF IM KICKED OFF THE SHIP" You said shacking and dropping to your knees "I won't be looked at the same on any ship ever again.." you said with a weak voice as Uhura and Bones appeared at your sides and pulled you into a hug
"We would never let that happen y/n.." Bones said in a comforting voice rubbing your head like a protective older brother while Uhura got up to recover your chair that was a small distance from your desk so that you could sit down with help from Bones.
"All we have to do is throw him off the scent like.... your aunt is a historian and told you story's yes that!" Bones said with triumph
"Won't work.. he could look up my family and see I'm lying instantly and know somethings up more.." you said still looking at the floor with tears brimming in your eyes as you contemplated how it was that you had gotten so comfortable with him you let your guard down that you had worked so hard to build up.
You all discussed this for a while but still didn't come up with anything that he couldn't find out was a lie. Eventually you settled on saying nothing more to him and just say you had read it in some books you had found at a few relatives house and done research on the rest while you were in the academy.
Seeing your state after there talk Bones gave  you the rest of the day off to calm down and stop shacking which hadn't  stopped fully since they came into the room. You gingerly walked out of your office with Uhuras aid to avoid to many looks and she stayed with you all night to make sure you were all right until you fell asleep and she left you to rest.
