Derp Face (Ssundee fanfic)

NOT COOL MAN! NOT COOL

Ian's POV

When I woke up there was sand in my mouth. I spat it out, and sat up, and I looked around. None of this was familiar. I tried to stand but my legs were like jelly. What happened last. McKenzie did magical stuff, ummmm, oh yeah, I tried to kill her. Then Derp came and ruined everyone's day. I heard talking somewhere. I turned my head everywhere, trying to find the people speaking. I saw McKenzie on the ground next to me, still passed out. She had burns all over her body but I didn't care, I glared at her. I heard someone say, "Oh my gosh. WE FOUND THEM!" I started to see figures coming at McKenzie and I. There was 6 figures. Adam, Jason, Fluffy, Mitch, Mudkip and Ty. Mitch said, "Dude we have been looking everywhere." Mitch's gaze went over to McKenzie, who was still passed out. Mitch asked, "Where did the arrow go?" I didn't respond. I never wanted to go close to her. She had dug up memories I'd rather forget. Adam asked, "Dude seriously. What happened?" I looked at Adam and then to everyone else. (I was lazy. Sorry)  "The griefer." That's all I had to say. Only Mitch knew. Only him.

McKenzie's POV

I kept my eyes shut, even when I heard voices. My burns still hurt me and I knew Ian was mad, and I was scared he would tell everyone. Who was the griefer? I felt people pick me up, yet I never moved. They placed me in my bed and left. I listened for breathing. I heard nothing, but when I opened my eyes, I saw Ian glaring at me. My eyes grew wide. Ian watched me as I swung my legs out of the bed. But he blocked me when I tried to get out. I screamed at him, "IF YOU WANT ME GONE, THEN LET ME LEAVE! DON'T KILL ME!" Ian was glaring at me, and grabbed my shirt. He lifted me up to the wall. "How did you make the memories come alive?" His blue eyes demanded answers, I said hastily, "Wwatter.." Ian put me down. My legs gave out and the burns weren't helping. I just sat on the floor, legs aching. Ian mumbled, "I thought Derp was lying. I thought he lied. I thought that the water wouldn't save you at all." My eyes softened, I asked, "Ian, why are you mad?" He turned around so slowly, I thought he was going to kill me, but he said harshly, "Those memories should be left alone!" Ian sat on the ground and started to cry. I realized my inference was true. The women Derp killed was his mother. I asked him, "What about you dad?" Ian looked at me, sadness staring at me, right in the face. "He died before my mother. He tried to stop Derp from getting to us." Ian looked away, and stared at the window. I asked, "Does Derp talk to you at all?" Ian seemed startled at the question, "Yyes! Hhow did you know that?" I answered simply, "Your expressions when he's talking." He smiled, "Yeah, I guess I get a little angry when he appears." I nodded, and said, "I would too."

Ian's POV

After I said, "Yeah, I guess I get a little angry when he appears." Derp decides to appear. My expression darkened, I could tell from McKenzie's expression. Fear. "I told you, and you still don't listen! She has powers! She will kill you! You know that!" I told Derp, "She's my friend. I trust her more than you." Derp said angerly, "Fine! I gave her a chance. I gave you a chance to kill her. Now I will do the same thing I did to MOM!" Fear was all over my face. McKenzie said, "I don't need Derp to tell me that he will try to kill me." McKenzie tried to get up, but fell. I slowly got up and said, "I'll get some health pots for you." McKenzie shook her head, "Think Ian." She said. It dawned on me. "Water. I'll get water." She smiled. As I left, I swear I heard her say, "I love you." Maybe I was hallucinating.

When I went to get some water,  Mudkip came up to me, he said, "Mitch isn't happy bro. You better see him." I said to Mudkip, "Thanks. See you sometime." Mudkip dived back into the water. After I got a bottle of water, I went to Mitch's house. Mitch was talking to Fluffy but stopped when I knocked. Mitch told me, "Broo. That was not cool. Why did you take her to the water?" I told him, not wanting to give out McKenzie's secret. It would only get her kicked out, "I thought the water would make her awake. It didn't really work." Mitch nodded. I think the lie actully worked, I told him, "I need to take this to McKenzie. She wanted some water." Before Mitch could give an answer, I ran out of his house an to McKenzie's house.

McKenzie's POV

As Ian went down the steps, I said in a not loud but not soft voice, "I love you." It seemed like forever until Ian arrived. He gave me the water, and I drank it quickley. My strength filled, and I stood up. When I tried to move though, I was shaky. Ian caught me when I almost fell. I looked at him, "Thanks."  He nodded. We went downstairs to the couch, and sat down. We just sat there, together. It was amazing. My vision was starting to go black. I hadn't slept well in a long time. The last thing I remember is Ian kissing my forehead.

Ian's POV

We sat on the couch, cuddling. Suddenly McKenzie was getting tired and she fell asleep on my shoulder. I gave her a kiss on her forehead. Derp said in my head, "She's going to die, you know that." I nodded a little. "Then why are you cuddling with her. If she's going to die, you won't feel as much pain if you don't love her!" I told Derp, "The problem is that I loved her ever since she landed on my doorstep." Derp went quiet then. I felt myself getting tired. I put my head on McKenzie's and fell asleep.

A cute ending. No cliffhangers. Sorry I didn't upload sooner, there's just been so much going on. I have a break now so I'll be uploading more often.
