Chapter 5

A few weeks later Taehyung went to the flower shop so he could take Jungkook out for lunch  but  he  found  him passed  out on the floor.

Taehyung  called the ambulance  in panic. The  doctor said that the younger should be monitored overnight .

"Are  you  his guardian . It looks like this patient isn't eating  well and is suffering from depression and stress.I advise that  you  monitor  his  diet until he gets well "

"Thank you doctor "Taehyung whispered.

Taehyung sighed deeply as he sat besides the  unconscious younger. He took his pale hand and rubbed it with  his before it.

The next morning Jungkook woke up to scolding from   his boyfriend.

"Jungkook, what's  wrong  with  you? What exactly are you  thinking so much about that  you are punishing yourself. Is it something  I  did. Couldn't  you  tell me. Whatever  it is can we fix it.Do you really want  to die? "

"Tae it's  not  you .It's  me"he whispered weakly.

"Kookie "

"I can't tell you about it.If you really love  me  then  please  don't ask  me  anything. I won't  ever  skip my  meals again. I promise "

"Just as long as you are okay. You  gave  me  quite a scare there. I don't think I could bear  losing  you "

"In life you  will have  to be prepared for anything.Life is really short  "

"I think you are right. The  more reason you  should  live fast "Taehyung said absently

"Jungkook stop it. I don't like seeing tears in your eyes "Taehyung said as he caught a glimpse of Jungkook 's glistening eyes.

"I'm  not  crying .."his voice trailed off but Taehyung didn't notice.

"I think we should spend the  whole week in bed together "Taehyung grinned.

"That sounds so wrong "Jungkook giggled.

"How about flying to Japan for sushi"

"Who even does  that? "Jungkook pursued his lips. This wasn't going as planned .What he wanted more than anything was Taehyung to  keep  a distance but he also knew he couldn't deny him anything .

"Me darling. Are you  in?"

"I can't say no can I. "Jungkook  knew that when Taehyung suggests something  he dosent leave  any room for argument or  someone saying  otherwise.

Taehyung hovered about the  younger and  planted a kiss on his forehead and  earning a grin in return.

"I love you and don't you ever forget that "

"I  love you  too."Jungkook whispered as tears were welling up in his eyes. These tears were of self pity.

He felt  torn apart. His heart and his mind wanted different things.

A part of him told  him to leave before they all get hurt.To put an end  to things would be better  for them in the  long  run.Because whatever was going  to happen  to them would be  worse than  any  breakup.

"Taehyung. ..'he stiffly called.

"Yes baby. ..."

"Let's break up"

"I'm hungry "Jungkook eyes flicked when he realized that  he  had said  it in his  head.Taehyung  was  definitely potential trouble in Jungkook 's life.
