Chapter 21

It had been almost half an hour but they hadn't gotten anything.

"I swear this is more like an art gallery rather than a bedroom. I only see Jungkook around here "Hoseok said as he laid on his back on the carpet.

"You can't be lying down there after the mess you have made. You still don't know how to look for stuff like a proper detective "Yoongi half yelled.

"That's because I have never broke into someone's house before "

"We didn't break in.Jungkook let us in"Namjoon said.

"Guys you aren't helping. Hoseok Hyung put the thingy back in the drawer. We wouldn't want to be caught here "

Jungkook 's eyes instantly widened "Its too  late.He is here? "

"Who?"the  trio yelled in unison.

"You know who "

"How would you know "Yoongi asked.

"He is coming up the stairs. Don't you have ears.Just hide already. I will think of something "

"We are screwed "

In less than a minute Taehyung was already in his room.

"What are you doing here? "

"I thought I would clean up for you since I don't have anything to do"Jungkook lied.

"But it looks the same, Jungkook. What are you up to "

"I was just about to start "

"Don't do it anymore. I need to change leave "

Jungkook nodded and was about to leave until he saw that nothing was in order. Someone's leg  could be seen from under the bed.A piece of Hoseok 's shirt was stuck by the closet.

"I don't think that would be necessary. You can do whatever you do I won't look "

"I need a bath. Today has been hectic "

"Why  didn't you come home last night? "

"Because I felt like it"Taehyung replied firmly.

"Fair enough. "Jungkook then remembered that Yoongi was in the insuite bathroom.

"Why  do you need a shower now. You can have one in the evening "

"I don't see any problem if I have it now "

"Whatever you  want "Jungkook sighed.

Taehyung was ready to go to the bathroom until he noticed weird things. He saw the long leg under the bed.

"Jungkook what is this? "

"It's not what it seems like. I'm not the  type of person that would bring guys to my husband 's house  am I? "

"So am I hallucinating? "Taehyung arched a brow.

"I didn't say that "

"Whoever you are come out from under my  bed"

Namjoon didn't need to be told twice and came out.

"Him?I knew there was something  between the two  of you "

"Like I said ...

Before Jungkook could even finish  Hoseok came out of the closet. "I almost died in there. You have no idea".

"Him too? In my room ?Jungkook "

"Just stop overreacting, Taehyung "Jungkook said.

"Am I "

The bathroom door cracked open and Yoongi walked out 

"Of course he is here too.Mind explaining this situation. I know you wouldn't be fucking with your pals in my room "

"Of course I wouldn't. Just let them go and I will tell you everything you need to know "

"Certainly not after punching them "

"You can punch me instead "

"Okay, you guys leave. I just hope I won't  have to see you in my house again "

Half an hour later.

"Aren't you going to say something? "Taehyung asked

"We were playing hide and seek"

"Really. I'm conveinced you are the worst liar  in the world and I almost believed what you told me yesterday "

"What are you talking about "

"I saw the footage "

" I honestly don't know who the hell he is"

"I believe you. I know who  he  is so I'm going to sue him. "

"You can't .No one will believe you and  I don't want to go through more drama.Just think about it"

"So should I deal with him outside the law "

"Just don't get caught "

"Don't think I would let him get away with what he did "

"I know .I want to apologise for whatever has been happening these few months. I know you are sick  of me but don't you worry. I will leave after the divorce gets finalised .How did I even reach this point in my life. The funniest thing about this whole mission is I wasn't even looking for a ring on my finger but I got that and even more. How do you even stand me? "

"Why are you ranting? Jungkook I told you that I  love you the way you are. No matter what happens or how crazy things get  I will never leave you. In this relationship we don't break up.You are going nowhere and I'm going nowhere. We fight we make up .If your love runs out we will use mine. End of story "

Jungkook couldn't suppress the smile that crept over his lips. "But why me.I might even be the meanest person on earth "

"It's because you are good for my health "

"Since you said so ,should we start over? Let's forget about the whole divorce drama "

"You know I would love that more than anthing "Taehyung closed the distance between us and snacked his arm around the younger 's waist. He shivered at the contact because of how much he had missed Taehyung.

"I think we are moving too fast don't you think? "

"I don't believe in that. Nothing can stop us from doing whatever we want. We are married and  grown ups too."

Just as Taehyung 's lips were about to claim Jungkook 's the door cracked open and Hoseok burst in.

"Shit, I'm so sorry for intruding. I think I left my phone upstairs. I will just go and get it"

"What friends you have? "Taehyung laughed.

"You should learn to get along with them "

"Let's go on a date tomorrow "

"Date?'

"Let's have lunch at the hotel tomorrow "

"I would love to"

That night they made love like there was no tomorrow. They were letting out all the tension of being separated for the last few months. Their bodies had  missed each other. There was no denying the passion.

Everything was fine at least. They were in each other 's arms .It was something that they had lost all hope of ever doing.
