Emma's POV

"Emma! Emma!" I run upstairs and Regina is no where.

"Babe?"

"Em." She cries. I run into the bathroom and she is standing with her hands on the sink. I look down and there's..... is that water?

"Your water broke?" She nods and cries out when a contraction hits.

"God Emma!"

"Shit sweetheart let's go."

"Emma language!"

"Not now Gina." I pick her up and carry her.

"Henry grab our bags. The babies are ready to come into this world." He comes running and grabs our bags and a baby bag. I get her into the car and we rush to the hospital.

"Emma?"

"Yeah?" I say.

"They are only 8 and a half months."

"It's okay baby."

"No it's not it's too early!"

"Honey I'm sure it's fine."

"No it's too early." She says freaking out.

"Emma turn around we can't go. Emma we have to go home."

"No baby we can't. You're fine and our babies are fine. I promise you."

"Emma no they are not." She cries and I pull up to the hospital.

"Hi. Hello! Her water broke." I say and they quickly get her a wheelchair.

"I'll valet your car sheriff." I nod and follow Regina. We go to a room and she's immediately giving birth.

"Alright push." She screams and the lights flicker.

"Holy shit." I say looking around.

"Is that normal?" I ask.

"No."

"Okay. Cool." Henry is asleep. It's 2 am.

"Emma." She cries I kiss her head and set my hand on her stomach.

"Okay baby. It's okay." She nods and keeps pushing. First baby is out.

"It's a boy." I smile and they clean him. Next baby.

"Ahhhhh!" She screams crushing my hand.

"A few more Regina." She nods.

"Oh my god! Get these kids out!" She cries.

"I've never seen someone still look beautiful while giving birth. And she's not even sweating." A nurse says and I smile.

"Well I am a queen and a bit more refined." The mayor says with sass and I kiss her head.

"Baby number two. Boy."

"How is Henry asleep?" I ask.

"I don't know."

"One more Miss Mills." She pushes and I look away. I don't like to hear her screaming in pain.

"Emma I can't do this anymore. I can't." She falls onto her back and I hold her cheek.

"I told you to get an epidural baby."

"No I want to do it natural."

"You're a freaking goddess."

"No I'm not." She says tired.

"I love you." I say and she nods. Her head falls to the side and the machines start beeping.
