One Knee

Regina's POV

We land in Barbados and it's beautiful here. We landed two hours after everyone else. We are going to a dinner now. It's a suit and tie kind of dinner. Very fancy. I already taught Emma about the utensils and just about everything so Zelena and my mother won't try to make her look stupid. They know about us. I told Zelena while she was still here. Which was scary. Provably the scariest thing I've ever done.

I walk into the house to see Zelena and mother sitting down.

"Um can I still bring a plus one to your wedding?"

"Who?"

"My... friend.... girl... um my uh.... she's. I uh."

"Just say it Regina." Mother says and I nod.

"She my girlfriend." I say nervously. They both go wide eyed.

"So you're a lesbian?"

"Bisexual if we want to get technical but we are together. I mean we are dating. This is new but not really new. It's confusing. She is Henry's birth father, well in a way."

"And you don't think she's just with you to get back Henry?"

"No! She would never do that. She can if she wants to and she hasn't. I trust her and now I'm dating her. Can she come or not Zelena?"

"Yeah bring her but she's not going to fit in with us." Zelena laughs and I walk away. I don't need that kind of negativity in my life.

We go to check in and they take our bags. Henry is playing on his ipad.

"Honey go sit." He laughs and sits down where I can still see him.

"Hello."

"Hi. I have one room. Under Mills."

"First name?"

"Regina."

"Two fulls. One couch. Full inclusive bar?" He asks and I nod smiling.

"You have a very beautiful smile."

"Hi I'm her girlfriend. Maybe you can use that one on some other bitch." Emma says and I look away.

"Here's your keys. Towel cards. If you loose it you pay $20. Give it to them they give you a towel, bring it back you get your keys back. Room service is free. There's a kids club as well as adult ones all around the resort. Someone already has taken your bags to your room. If there's a problem please let one of us know and we will fix it right away."

"Thank you." I say and I grab Emma's hand and walk away.

"Emma!"

"He called you beautiful!"

"But I'm with you Em."

"Doesn't mean I'm not jealous about him hitting on you. While I was right there!" I smile and get Henry.

"Come on." She grabs my hand and I blush. She's so possessive. Oh my god. It's so sexy. We walk to our room and then we see our suitcases.

"Okay kid you pick the bed." He jumps on one and then Emma picks me up and falls onto the other one.

"Miss Swan!"

"Yes Madame Mayor?"

"Ew I should've gotten my own room." I laugh and pull away from Emma.

"Henry go shower. You were running around and making yourself sweat. Now go." He groans and opens his bag getting clothes before going into the shower room. It's separate from the bathroom.
