Percy Jackson was kissing Drew Tanaka.Like straight on the lips. I can see their lip movements and all of that stuff.
I saw Thalia standing at the beginning of the mob around the pair. I tapped on her shoulder. She turned around with fire in her eyes but it quickly cooled down when she saw it was me.
"What just happened ?"I asked her. Thalia just said
"Percy asked Tanaka out."
"But why"
"Dunno"
The bell just rang but no one seemed to care about it. I went to my first class which was Greek. I was the first one to arrive. I took out my copy of The Illiad and started to read. Soon I was absorbed in the world of Greek myths.
I heard the other kids come to class. I heard a voice shrill and song-like.
"Hey, Chase guess who has a boyfriend.Meeeee.",I wanted to spit at her. Which I did.
Drew started shrieking, yelling cuss words and garbling about how much salon visits she needed. Everyone was laughing. Our teacher, Mr. Alexander had to quiet the chaos.
All of my classes flew by Bio, Calculus, Home Ec. Finally came the time for lunch.
Rachel and Thalia and I discussed Percy Jackson and the whole drama between me and Drew. Oh, speak of the devil. Drew has come to the cafeteria. Every head turned to gape at her. I always wonder how any can see her with all the bright colors she wore which hurt my eyes. And today was no exception.

She wore an off-shoulder top underneath which she wore a sleeveless white lacy shirt. She had paired of that with a denim skirt. Like I said too bright.
She saw me and grinned her almost-Annabelle-like grin. She still hasn't forgiven me for the spitting incident.
She swooped down to give a huge kiss to Percy and sat on his table. All of his tablemates were uncomfortable. Jason and Luke scooted to aside to give them more space. The others found another table and sat down there. Even Percy felt uncomfortable and awkward.
Drew was the only one who looked happy. She chatted animatedly to everyone. When the bell rang she kissed Jason and Luke on the cheeks. Thalia and Piper looked like they would murder Drew.
The day got over and I hurried home. When I opened the door, I got a huge surprise.
