I woke up the next morning in a daze, cold. I looked up to see that my window was open again. What the hell? Rubbing my face with my hand, I slowly stood up and closed the window.
I blinked a few times so I could see better and felt the cold chills on my bare abs. I checked the clock. It was only four in the morning.
Nothing else in my room seemed out of the ordinary as far as I could tell, so I hopped back into my bed and fell back asleep to the sound of the wind.

UNKNOWN POV:
It felt good, watching him sleep. He looked so sweet and innocent. I lightly traced my fingers across his face.
I was so close I could taste his sweet cologne.
After watching him for a few minutes, I walked over to his door and pulled a rolled up piece of paper out of the pocket in my black hoodie.
I carefully stuck it inside the key hole of his doorknob.
Smiling wryly, I strolled over to the window and climbed out of it, lowering myself to the ground.
HAYES' POV:
When I woke up again I felt much more rested. I rolled over to look at the clock. It read 11:03. Oh shit I hope I didn't miss the call for the apartment! I frantically picked up me phone but there were no missed calls. I sighed deeply in sweet relief.
After falling out of my bed, I crawled to the door, not wanting to get up. I laid there for a minute, then pulled myself up using the doorknob. Out of the corner of my eye I saw something fall out of the keyhole.
I snatched the piece of paper off the floor and unrolled it.
"Have fun moving in tonight." It read. Oh. Maybe the building called my brother while I was sleeping or something. I opened the door and entered the hallway, still holding the paper.
I slowly walked into the living room where Nash and Cam were sitting on the black leather couch playing video games.
"Oh you're finally awake dude. We thought you were dead." Nash said jokingly. Glaring at him, I held up the piece of paper. They both looked at it, confused.
"Did the building manager call this morning?" I inquired. Cam shook his head and Nash shrugged. I flicked the paper over to them and Cam picked it up.
After reading it aloud he said, "Is this a joke or something?" I shrugged.
"I found it in the keyhole of my doorknob when I woke up. I thought one of you two might have put it there." The guys just looked at me blankly, not speaking.
I then realized that if it had been them, they would have admitted it by now. "Maybe Claire put it there before she left last night." I said, making an excuse for what I didn't know.
The boys shrugged and turned back to their video game and started to yell at each other. I smiled and walked back to my room to get dressed.
