It was a warm July afternoon in New York City.
Maya Hunter was sitting outside of the five bedroom house in the garden playing with Lucy.
The seven month baby is very happy with the current state which is her sister taking care of her for basically two weeks now.
Maya finished high school in June and since then she had she has been spending every second with her two siblings.
But she knows that her parents would have to make a plan B for when she hoes to college in the fall.
Which of course wasn't an option.
Maya got excepted into NYU in May and she has been very excited.
Not only is she able to go on with her life but also with her education.
Maya and Lucy were just looking at everything around them.
The grass, the trees, the flowers everything.
Watching nature was Lucy's favourite thing and she has gotten used to a lot more
Which was very important for her.
Everyone knew Maya would probably not get through with school and when it did happen it happened that she also got into college.
She was happy and to say the least very excited.
But also nerves.
She was afraid that she'll run into someone she doesn't actually want to run into."Maya," Katy said.
"Hi Mom. Dan is asleep," Maya said.
"I know. Hello Lucy. Would you mind taking her out for a stroll?"Maya thought for a second about what her mother has asked and then she heard a cry over the monitor attached to her hip.
"Yeah. We'll take Dan with us. Let's go Lucy. You, me and Danny is going to have some fun at the park," Maya said.
She picked Lucy up and then she went inside.
She quickly went up stares to where her brother was crying.
She put Lucy down next to her on the bed to play with some toys while she picked Dan up."Hello Baby Boy. We are going to go for a little walk," Maya said.
The baby looked at her with his green, brown eyes.
Shawn had naturally dark eyes while Katy had blue eyes like Maya.
Lucy had a kind of brown to Hazel coloured eyes while you could see that Dan had bright green eyes.
Maya strapped both the two babies into the stroller and quickly packed a diaper bag.Stroller 👇
She just put like diapers, formula, bottles, bips, wipes and a blanket in with a extra pair of clothes for both of the babies.
She took them down before strapping them in and went to the kitchen.
She quickly grabbed a basket and put some puree for the babies in with some bottles of water and a light snack if anyone gets hungry then she went to a park near her house.
She threw the blanket out on the grass and then she put the two down."There you go. You guys thirsty?" Maya asked and gave each of them a bottle of water then got a bottle herself.
"Maya?" she hears a voice and her heart stood still. She recognized that voice.
How could she not?"Josh? What you doing here? Last I heard of you, you were in California," Maya said.
"I was there for awhile, yeah. I left last week. Cory invited me to this Paris deal. Excited to see my niece again," Josh said.
"Nieces. Topanga had triplet girls in November," Maya said.
"My gosh. That's exciting. Poor Auggie. And I guess these are Shawn's," Josh said.
"Dan and Lucy. They're seven months," Maya said.
"Congratulations. Must be exciting to be big sister. Babysitter as well probably," Josh said.
"Temporarily, yeah. But I did get into NYU for the fall. I'm studying Tourism. I'm doing my four year degree," Maya said.
"Listen I want to ask you something now that I see you," Josh said and sat down next to Maya.
"Who is this?" Josh asked and pulled out a photo of a baby near to thirteen weeks.
"Ah little Lucas Junior. It's Luc Friar. Riley's baby," Maya said.
"What?" Josh said with a clear shock in his voice.
"He's three months," Maya said.
"Three? Wow," Josh and May showed him a photo.
"Sally, Jessica and Sandy. Your brother's news edition to the family," Maya said.
"Looks like I missed a lot in eighteen months. Wow. And probably you're stuck in the middle. I don't know how you keep up," Josh said and suddenly Maya remembers their agreement.
"I kept up with you," Maya said.
"Maya..."
"No Josh. Let's stick to our agreement," Maya said.
"Okay. I'll see you in Paris then," Josh said and left.Maya's pov
