"MOM!"
The little girl woke up in a room that she never seen before. She looked around the room curiously thinking where she is, then finally gets out of the bed. She looks at the table dresser near her bed and it had a white shirt and some pants on top of the dresser. She quickly put it on and looked at a mirror to see how it looked.
"It fits. I wonder who got this for me?"
She walked to the door and opened it slowly and looking down the hall. Both sides were empty so she got out of the room and closed the door behind her, then quickly started sneaking down the left side of the hall since the other direction was a dead end. She arrive at the enterance hall and a maid came up to her.
"Ooh your awake please follow me Marax is waiting for you." she said while smiling and showing she with her hands the direction do the dinning hall.
"W-who is Marax? Where am I?"
"Marax is the man that brought you here. You are at the HeartStead's elders house." she said with a nice warming smile on her face. "Please this way." They begin to walk and into one of the walls on the opposite side of which she came from. They shortly ended up at the dinner hall which was at the end of the hall. The dinner hall was gigantic there was small tables against the walls then a large table in the middle of the room and marax was sitting near the end of the left side of the table.
"Marax she has woken up. Please take a seat I will bring you something to eat." the maid said then shortly went into the kitchen which was next door.
"ohh ok." The little girl said then sat down on the opposite side of Marax. The maid shortly brought some food and she ate them quiet quickly like she hasn't ate in a while. Marax finishes his food then lays back on his chair and lets out a loud sigh.
"So how did you sleep?"
"yes, what is the time of day?"
"Hmm I think its mid-day. I let you sleep in for a while."
"mid day! wait who got me those cothes?" she said as she finished her food and looked at him ceriously.
"One of the maids came with me to pick out the clothes for you but i bought them there should be 5 outfits in your dresser."
"ooh thank you. " she said looking down at her feet. "Is my mom still in that cave."
He couldnt see if she was crying or anything her hair covered her eyes while she was looking down "No a few guards went and got her they will be giving her a proper burial. You can visit it when she is buried." He looked at her wondering what he should do.
"Thank you, so whats going to happen with me?" she said with a scared tone in her voice.
"You will be staying here of course. I'll be taking care of you. We will have to work something out when I go doing jobs you will most likely stay here but well talk about that later. I'm sorry but you havent told me your name yet, mine is Marax as you may know what is yours?"
"M-My name is Evora." she looks down to hide her face "thank you i hope i wont be any trouble for you."
"Its no trouble at all let me show your room." they both get up and she slowly followed behind him. They head down stairs and make a left into a hallway.
"Wait my room wont but the room i slept in last night?" she looked at him puzzeled.
"No that was a guess room the maids thought it would be best to put you there for that day." they stop at the middle of the hallway. He opens the door one the right side of the building. "this is your room... there isnt much but you can add things in your self this room you can change it to your liking." She walked in and looked around, there was a Queen size bed on the left side and a dresser on the opposite side and there were two windows didnt have that much a view but already had curtains to cover the windows. The room just had a plain tan color and 2 lights near the enterance of the room. The lights were a sphere that glimers at night but can be turned off with a switch that was next to each of the lights.
