"Yay the potion worked!" I cheered. "Awe I wanted his fur to turn blue" Happy pouted, "shut up furball!" I shouted. "I liked him better when he was a quiet kitten" Gray complained. "You shut up too Ice Stripper!" I shouted back. "I'll take you head on Pinky!" he argued back. We were ready to fight when Erza glared at us. "What did I tell you two about fighting?" she threatened. "Sorry mam!" Gray and I exclaimed in unison. "Natsu..." she said and I squeaked as her attention went on me. "What happened to Lucy?" she added and I was relieved she wasn't going to kill me because I need my life to save Lucy.

I explained to them what happened and Levy was the first one to speak up. "We need to get Lu back" she said with determination. "I could follow her scent if you take me back to where you found me. By the way, who did find me?" I asked. "Gray did" Wendy answered and I groaned. 'Why did it have to be him? How humiliating' I thought. "Your welcome Hot Head" he said rolling his eyes. Lucy would knock the back of my head for not saying thank you if she were here so I guess I should. "Thanks Gray" I said quietly, "what was that Natsu? Being with Lucy must've given that hot head of yours a few manners" he replied with a smirk and I glared at him.

"Enough Gray. We should head towards that alleyway where Natsu was found" Erza said. "I'll stay here and see if I can find a way to fix their bodies while you're gone" Levy said and ran towards the Library. Happy picked me up and the six of us ran to the alleyway where Lucy was taken. When we got there, Happy put me on the ground and I began to sniff around. "I can barely make out her scent" I said with frustration. "Need some help Salamander?" we heard a gruff voice and turned around to see Gajeel at the entrance of the alleyway.

"What are you doing here?" I asked, "Shrimp asked me to help you out" he said as he walked up to us. He sniffed around and said "I've caught Bunny Girl's scent." Then he looked down at me with a smirk, "You owe me for two favours now Salamander" he added. "Don't remind me" I grumbled and then Happy picked me up. We followed Gajeel until we reached a cabin in the woods. "She's in there" he said as he pointed to the cabin.

'So that's where they're hiding' I thought as I glared at the cabin. "Lets go Happy!" I said, pointing my paw at the cabin. "Aye sir!" Happy replied and quickly flew us at the cabin. "Natsu!" I heard my friends exclaimed behind us before we flew into the open window. We flew into the living room and I saw Saiki petting Lucy on her lap on the couch while Taka was sitting next to them with his arm over her shoulder. They quickly noticed our presence and Taka stood up in front of Saiki and Lucy. "Natsu!" Lucy cheered happily, "let Lucy go!" I shouted at Taka and Saiki.

Their eyes widened, "you shouldn't be able to talk" Saiki said. "It doesn't matter if I can talk or not. What matters is that you give Lucy back!" I shouted, "aye!" Happy agreed. Suddenly our friends burst through the doors. "You heard the kitten, let Lucy go" Gray said, "we outnumber you so surrender quietly or we will have to use force" Erza added. Taka put his fingers up to his mouth and whistled. A flock of twenty hawks flew at us as Taka and Saiki transformed into adult cats and took Lucy with them out the back window. "Follow them Happy!" I said, "aye" Happy replied and flew out the window they ran out of.

We caught up to them and we flew above them. The cat on the right was holding Lucy in her mouth by the scruff of her neck. "Happy, drop me on the cat that's holding Lucy" I said and he let go of me. I jumped on top of the cat holding Lucy, which I was sure was Saiki, and knocked her to the ground. Lucy rolled out of Saiki's mouth and Happy quickly grabbed her. "Saiki!" Taka exclaimed as he ran over to his lover. "How dare you!" he said as he swatted me off Saiki with his paw. Before I could back on my feet, he picked me up in his mouth roughly and threw me at a tree. He was instantly in front of me and lifted his paw to scratch me when an ice wall blocked him.

I looked to my right and saw Gray standing there. He quickly kicked Taka's side before Taka knew what was happening and then looked down at me. "I've saved your pathetic life twice now. You owe me for two favours now" he said before walking away. I groaned, "great, I owe two favours from Gajeel and Gray now" I grumbled to myself.

I saw Taka running towards an unconscious Saiki and throwing her onto her shoulder. 'Damn, I didn't think I hit her that hard' I thought. He ran off with Saiki on his back but before he could get too far a few swords flew into the ground and circled around them. They were trapped and I saw my friends standing behind me. Happy brought Lucy to the ground and she ran towards me. I was surprised when she full on tackled me onto my back and repeatedly licked my face. "I knew you would find me" she said when she stopped licking me. She looked down on me with her beautiful brown eyes that I could get lost in. I chuckled, "if that's your reaction, I should save you more often" I said and she looked away embarrassed. I'm sure she would be blushing underneath her fur.

"Stop flirting with your girlfriend Flame Brain. We have to take these two back to the guildhall to figure out how to change you back" Gray interrupted our moment. Taka and Saiki were inside a cage in his hands with seal stone collars around their necks. Lucy climbed off me which I was kinda sad about. Damn you Gray! She cutely tilted her head to the side in confusion. "They can understand us?" she asked, "no just me, Levy found a potion that can let me speak to them" I explained. "Time to go" Erza said and Happy lifted both of us in his paws. "You're so heavy Lucy~" Happy teased, "shut up you stupid cat! I'm a freaking kitten! How can I be heavy?!" Lucy complained. I laughed at their exchange, it was like we were back to our normal selves. Although, I can't wait until we turn back into humans again. I hope we figure how to change back soon.
