I love-hate Flashbacks. I love it because the angst possibles, hate it because I had to change my version of Dark. My old version of Dark wouldn't even think about doing those horrible things.
I literally went through the five stages of grief over a fricking stick figure. I wish I was joking.
When I finally expected that I was wrong about the character and I had to change my headcanon about the character, I considered them to be different characters altogether because old Dark didn't deserve to be tied any closer to current Dark he already is. I even changed the gender to separate them as much as I could. So, I thought I'd show my old version of Dark.
Old Dark (or "Good Boi Dark")
-Tries to be evil but has the personality of a puppy
-Dumb but sweet child
-Protcc him
-Would die for his friends
-Innocent boi
-No impulse control
-Energetic
-Chosen would Mcfricking die for him "You won't hurt my brother"
-Would probably have an identity crisis after finding out about current Dark
-Then he'd hate himself for what current Dark did. Way to go Current, you hurt the child
