Two worlds collide

Chapter 6

We walked inside this old warehouse. All the titans were on guard while the rest of us didn't really know what to do, but to be ready for anything. "Why don't I just run around and see what I can find" I suggested. I was about to take off when Emily said, "no, we need to stick together". We all just stared at her. Usually,we have one person scout around while the others wait for them to report. "I know that's not how you guys do it, but here we've learned that splitting up causes problems and that you're always stronger with each other,'' she said. "Don't get all psychological on me" I told her. She just facepalmed, probably rolling her eyes underneath her mask and continued walking.
As we were walking around, I found that I kept looking at Jay and Sunfire. I remembered that while I was hanging out with Robin,he asked him if Sunfire asked her a question and if she said yes. Wait,does that mean that they are a thing,a couple. How could they not tell me these things,we're best friends,and heck sometimes I'm their older brother! I guess this happened when they left the team for what 3,4 years. Wow. I wonder if Batman knows about this. What am I saying of course he knows, he's Batman! "Wait,do you guys hear that?" Robin asked. A low growling noise was heard,coming right behind us. We turned around slowly and saw what the noise was coming from. "Plasmus" Jay said.

~~Jay ́s pov~~
Plasmus let out a giant roar and shot slime at us. "Move!" I shouted. Sunfire grabbed my hand and pulled me into the air barely avoiding his slime. He placed me down on a catwalk. Everyone had avoided it which made me feel a bit better. "What is that thing?" M'gann asked. "Plasmus,one of the villains that escaped" I stated. "Why are we just standing here,let's get this over with" Superboy yelled. "Wait, you can just hit him" I tried to explain to him. He jumped down and charged at him. Plasmus then shot and covered him in goo. "Raven,think you can put him to sleep" I asked. "Yes, but I'll need to concentrate" Raven explained. "We'll cover you" I told her. "Sounds like a plan" she said. Me and Robin looked at each other and nodded. "TITANS GO!" We yelled. ALl of us dived down there and hit him with everything we had. Raven floated in the air,and chanted her spell. Her soul self came out,went into him,and soon returned as he collapsed to the ground asleep. "Booyah!" Cyborg yelled. I smiled and laughed. I walked over to where Superboy was and helped him up. "Thanks" he said. I smiled,and said "anytime". "We need to get him back to prison" Robin said. "I'll take care of it" Cy said. I told him thanks and we headed out. "Dudes,we should get some pizza" BB suggested. We all looked at each other. "Why not" I said.
