Two worlds collide

Chapter 5

I sat in my room drawing a picture. Today had been exciting but a little down time was nice. I then heard a knock at my door. "Who would be knocking at this hour?",I thought. I got up from my bed and walked over to the door. When I opened the door, I saw all the girls standing there. "Friend JJ, we are going to have the girl talk, would you care to join us" Star asked me. I smiled and waved them in. We started talking about our experiences on the teams. "Why don't we play truth or dare" Artemis said. Everyone nodded in response. "Jay truth or dare",she asked me. "Truth" I said. A grin crept onto her face. I immediately regretted my answer but I knew that if I said dare, it wouldn't have been any better. "Are you and Sunfire a thing?"she asked. I felt my face turn bright red. M'gann and Artemis started laughing at me. Raven and Star patted me on the back as they knew that I was embarrassed as no one else beside the titans and my dad knew about me and him. "You are aren't you!" M'gann exclaimed. I groaned in response. "Fine,yes I think" I said. "We never really called each other boyfriend and girlfriend though" I said rubbing the back of my neck. "Well what comes to mind when you think about him" M'gann asked me. I closed my eyes and fell back onto my bed. "He's really funny, he makes me smile, everytime we touch I feel a little spark or sometimes a chill run down my spine, and when we kiss nothing else in the world matters, it's just the two of us" I explained to them. "Somebody's in love"Artemis sung. I sat back up and I rubbed the back of my neck kind of embarrassed and still red.
Out of nowhere, there was another knock at my door. I got up and saw that it was Sun. "Hey Sun what's up" I said. He smiled at me,and I turned my head trying to hide my red face from him. I could hear the girls giggling behind me. I bat glared at them and through my mask they could tell that I was annoyed. Can they please just shut up!"Can we talk" he asked me. I nodded yes, and I followed him up to the roof.
I smiled at this was a spot that we came to quite a bit as it was one of the only places we could talk in private. "So what's the matter" I asked him. He slipped his hand into mine,and I felt a chill run down my spine. He moved his hand so that it was on my waist. He turned me so that we were facing each other. Our breaths mixed together. All I wanted to do was to close the gap between us. "What I wanted to ask you is if you would want to be the official,and be my girlfriend?" he asked me. "An official thing really that sounds uh well I don't know, I mean I do really like you". I started rambling as I didn't know how to respond. I always ramble when I'm nervous. I only said that before he closed the gap between us. At first I was shocked but, I soon gave in,and I put all my love into the kiss. He wrapped his arms around my waist as my arms found their way around his neck. I had never felt this way about anyone before and I now realized how much he cared and loved me. We soon broke apart to catch our breath. I smiled, and said "you always knew how to shut me up". He smiled back at me. He gave me a peck on the lips, he grabbed my hand and we headed back down stairs.
He walked me back to my room, such a classic move. I gave him a peck on the lips and I went back inside. As soon as the door shut, I leaned against my door and let out a deep sigh. "Hey Jay" I heard someone say. I forgot about the girls! They all stared at me. "Friend JJ are you the okay, you are very red" Star asked me. I was about to say something but M'gann and Artemis grabbed me by the arms, pulled me to my bed, and sat me down. "Spill" they said in unison. I groaned as I knew that they wouldn't leave me alone unless I told them the truth. I took a deep breath, and explained everything to them. "Now all of us are the official" Star cheered. "Yeah, wait what!" I exclaimed. Rae and Star explained that both Rob and BB had asked them to make it official. "You didn't know" Rae asked me. I nodded yes, and the two were a bit shocked as basically the three of us assumed that at least Rob would tell me. "Brothers" me and starfire said in unison. We looked at each other and then we both burst into laughter as we sometimes forget how similar we can be.

~Robin POV~
All of us boys were hanging in my room either playing video games or talking. "Rob I swear your batglare is terrifyingly close to Batman's" KF said. I chuckled in response. "Jay's is much more terrifying" I told him. " True. Also, what did I do to deserve it?" He asked. Out of nowhere BB and Cy started laughing as they knew the answer. Sunfire soon walked into the room. "Told you she would say yes" I said elbowing him. "After the rambling, yes". I laughed, my sister always rambles when she gets nervous. "You never answered my question" KF noted. "Because,she's my girlfriend" I stated. KF realized that I wasn't joking. "Dude!", he yelled. "I thought Roy would have told you this",I stated plainly. "Dude,how does he know"he questioned. "He's a titan dude" BB said. I just nodded,agreeing with him. KF went back to eating chips. Cyborg then decided to break the silence."You guys know about us but,we still don't know much about you guys" Cy told me. It was true,they knew some things about them but not a lot. "Well what do you want to know" I asked him.
Before, he could answer the alarm went off. We all ran to the living room. The girls were already there. Emily was on the computer analyzing the city. I walked up to her,and started working on the computer trying to help her. "Found it",she said. "Who ever this,they are planning something real bad" KF said. "What we should be concerned with is that they could be involved in the prison break,and Ternion arising" Emily said. We all looked at each other and agreed. Something bad is coming.

We all got on our vehicles, well those of us who need vehicles. We drove off to the factory which was where we first fought Plasmus. We slowed down as we got closer to the factory. "Be on guard" I warned them. They pulled out their weapons or activated their powers. Whoever is in there,they are in for some real trouble.
