It finally happened! Eclipse freaked out worse than usual! I ended up flying on his back for six hours. Even ending up in the middle of nowhere, not knowing which way lead back to the castle. None of my team could follow because dragons were known for their speed and endurance. So, that where towns come in but there is no one around, that I can see from the air. I'm still lost so I've been having to survive on whatever is around us. Now I see a town its small, but it will do. We stopped a few feet away, so we wouldn't scare the people. I went into town and all I could find were empty streets with closed shops. Ghost towns are usually scary and, yet this town doesn't feel like a ghost town. It feels like it's been bustled in. I could handle this, and the other point was it getting dark too. You know I never leave the castle without my satchel, it has a pair of clothes, a compass, my journal, and a blanket. So, I guess I will go back to Eclipse. Unfortunately, a person had another idea of what I should do. Just because he didn't see me, doesn't mean I didn't see him run pass into one of the closed shops. I had to ask some questions. I had to run after him. When I finally got to where he was, he was gone. As for the shop, it was all dusty except for the footprints in the dust. The prints took me to a closet, where I found nothing that was useful to figure out where that kid went. The closet was small, yet it felt weird and strange, like it didn't belong because nothing was dusty. As I was trying to find out, how this was all happening, the door closed. I started to feel like I was falling. It stopped, and it opened to a huge bunker, where there were so many things to see. There were things that only read about, and they were right in front of me. What snapped me back was a boy with a mad look on his face. He asked me why I wasn't working? And if I was supposed to be here. I had to tell him something, so I told him that I had a message specifically for their boss and no one else! The boy looked me over, then he showed me to an office that you could see the whole complex from. He told me to sit and would be back soon. It wasn't a long before the door opened, and four people came through. Two of them stood by the door and two came in further. I noticed that the boy who found me was behind them with his head down like I wasn't supposed to be here in the first place. The fourth was a boy not much bigger than the others. Yet I could tell he was the boss and he sat in the boss's chair. I sarcastically asked him "is it really necessary to have 4 guards right there?'' The guy was surprised that I noticed the ones in the hall. The guy revealed his name to be Miles and he ran this fort. I knew he was only a first lieutenant instead of a Rebel Leader, but I knew that there are not that many Rebel Leaders left in the world. I started to tell him how I got lost and I have to get back to the capital and I 'am really close to Aria and she's probability is worried sick about me. So, Miles understanding the situation. Showed me a map and we weren't that far after all. Then the serious question came up as how I ended up all the way out here in the middle of nowhere. Before I could answer, the alarms went off. Which sent miles to get walkie talkie and asked what it was. I could tell that they realized it was a dragon. I told miles if he wanted to keep this base a secret, he would have to take me outside right now. As we are going out the door, we saw the dragon. Unbeknownst to the others, it was Eclipse a pulling a tantrum. I yelled at Eclipse to calm down! So, as he calmed down, he landed right in front of us. It kind of scared everybody, so I had to snap them out of a daze. I turned to Miles who had his mouth open and staring wide eyed at Eclipse. I told him the reason I ended up all the way out here was this dragon. Finally, everybody calmed down there were a couple that soiled themselves, and a few fainted. In the next few days, I stayed there introducing myself but under a fake name to most of the compound and learning new thing of my world and their machinery. I then asked why isn't there any adult here? Miles then went and told me that the adult I the area either died or gave up hope and so that's why there are more kids than adults. Miles is one of the younger first lieutenants. I then asked a hard question where the rebel leader for this area was. Miles hesitated then told me that their rebel leader has gone missing since May 22nd. He had a meeting with an informant to get more info on the lords on the 27th of May and he was only supposed to be gone for a week. Regrettably, Miles didn't know the informant's name. I then spent a whole day telling them some what I know of the lords making sure not to include personal info and who I actually am. Miles was so impressed that I knew so much about them, and he asked me if I could find out what happen to their leader and if not, then can I be their new rebel leader. I responded with to answers of yes, I would find their leader, and not sure about being their leader. Then it was time for me to go before this place gets found by soldiers. Just as I was about to leave, Miles told me that I was always welcome back any time. The man's name was Mitch.
