TW: Crying, lots of it. Implied death. If I missed anything, please tell me so I can add it in.

As always, don't be afraid to point out any mistakes so I can fix them!

Logan's POV

I watch as Patton walks down the aisle towards me, a smile lighting up his entire face. His curly dirty blond hair has a silver tiara with blue and white diamonds resting on it. His dress is absolutely stunning and I feel my face start to heat up as he comes closer to me. As soon as he's within reach I hold out my hand and he clasps our hands together.

Everything else seems to disappear as I stare at my soon to be husbands face. His eyes are sparkling more than the diamond in the ring on his finger and his smile could make the sun jealous with how bright it's shining. The ceremony passes in a blur of happiness and if you asked me what anyone including myself said during any of it, I doubt I would be able to tell you anything other than "Patton's smile is pretty,"

"You may now kiss the groom." Hearing those words I snap out of my daze and start to pull Patton towards me.

Just before our lips meet, my eyes snap open.

I look around, my eyes adjusting to my dark bedroom. I look to Patton's spot on the bed and feel tears welling up inside my eyes. I look at my nightstand table and feel the tears spill over as I see our engagement pictures.

I glance at the clock. 5:23 a.m. I pull myself out of bed and get dressed. 10 minutes later I'm in my car, driving the roads that I've driven too many times before. I finally arrive and walk the short distance from the street to my destination.

"Hey Patton, how are you? I had a dream last night," I say more tears sliding down my face. "It was such a good dream. We were finally getting married. So I just thought I should tell you. I got to experience what our wedding could have been like because I know it will never happen now."

I sink to my knees, no longer trying to hold back my tears. I run my hands across the stone slab. Feeling each of the letters:
