The giant was humanoid on top, with scaly dragons legs. His skin was a light green color, and like Enceladus, he had hundreds of weapons braided in his hair.

"Alive." He bellowed. "Praise to Gaea."

"What's the plan?" I asked.

"We entertain a giant." He looked nervous, but as we walked forward, that soon disappeared.

"Excellent. Appetizers. Who are you? Hermes? Apollo?"

I grinned. "Oh wouldn't you like that."

I stood taller, pushing my hair out of my face. "I'm Primrose Winona Jackson. Daughter of Poseidon." I took another step forward. We were playing a risky game.

Jason stepped forward next to me. "I'm Jason Grace. Son of Jupiter."

"Ah, two of the most powerful gods, sacrificing children to me."

"If you knew who we were, you would be scared of us, not our fathers." I frowned.

"I hope you enjoyed a good two minutes of rebirth, because we're sending you right back to Tartarus."

"Oh, we're going to start with boasting, are we? Alright. I'm Porphyrion, son of Gaea. I started the first war by stealing Zeus' wife, the queen of the gods." He grinned. "Hello, Hera."

"My husband destroyed you once, he'll do it again." She sneered.

"But he needed the help of a puny demigod. And even then we almost won. This time we will finish what we started. With the help of Gaea. We'll shake you up, from your roots." He laughed like it was a clever joke.

Hera sounded mildly scared. "You wouldn't dare."

Porphyrion laughed again, then looked over at the cage, like he had just noticed Leo and Piper for the first time.

Jason yelled to get his attention off of Piper and Leo. "You said a demigod defeated you. How, if we're so puny?"

"You think I would tell you? I'm Zeus' counterpart. I could smash you to a grease spot right now."

He stood and grabbed his spear from next to him. He slammed it on the ground and monsters all over the courtyard started to reform.

I could hear Hera, Piper and Leo hissing at each other from the opposite side of the pool.

"Now," he bellowed. "I have finished boasting. It is your turn. I want to know who I am destroying."

I glared at the giant king. "I'm the daughter of Poseidon. Twin sister to Perseus Jackson. I made Enceladus beg me for death as he fell to his knees. I have harnessed the power of blood, and I will destroy you."

Jason continued once I finished. "I am the son of Jupiter." He harnessed the winds to fly upwards. "I'm a child of Rome and a Praetor of the fifth legion. I slew the Trojan sea monster, destroyed the Titan Kronos' throne, and defeated the Titan Krios with my own hands. And now, Porphyrion, we are going to rip you apart and feed you to your own wolves."

"Someone's been eating red meat." Leo muttered.

I turned my head to look at Jason for a second. He looked powerful, and I was all there for it.

Jason launched himself at the giant and had made it up the giant's arm.

"You remember in Midas' mansion while we were fighting?" I called up to him, slicing at Porphyrion's knees.

"Yeah, what about it?"

He totally didn't remember what I was talking about. "Well, let's just say that you've exceeded all of my standards."

"I have no idea what that means." He called back.

"I'll explain it later." I shrugged it off.

Sparks flew off of Jason's back, and I ran out of the way as Porphyrion was knocked down onto his back.

He was beyond mad. "You dare destroy me with lightning? I am the bane of Zeus. I know exactly what will kill you." He shouted.

"Got it." Leo yelled out before the giant could do anything.

Hera emerged from her cage, grinning. "Look away, my heroes."

I covered my eyes as a bright, horribly bright, light exploded through the air.
