We tried to hide, but it was too late. Henry saw us. Bella struck, and hit the hilt of her sword to his face. He crumpled. Bella grabbed my arm and we ran, down the hill and across more then what seemed to be like 2 million acres of land before we crumpled, just like Henry did, at the train tracks. The train was there, as if waiting for us. We hopped on and sat, staring at the view as we were whisked back to the city.

A half hour later we were back at Ponyboy's house. Bella knocked on the door. It was seconds before it opened.

It was Ponyboy.

"Bella!" he yelled, hugging her. Then he looked at me, and turned away. Bella looked at me simpathetically.

"Pony, who's that?" a voice that sounded like Johnny's asked. He walked into the room with the rest of the group. All of them, except for Johnny and Bella, looked away.

I guess Johnny and Ponyboy told them about Jacob and the Socs.
