Chamomile Flower- anxiety and relaxation
Echinacea Leaf, stalk, root- prevent colds, flu, and infections, and for wound healing.
Feverfew Leaf- prevent migraines and treat arthritis.
Garlic Cloves or root - lowering cholesterol and blood pressure
Ginger Root- ease nausea and motion sicknes
Gingko Leaf -variety of conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, fatigue, and tinnitus. used to improve memory, and to prevent dementia.
Ginseng Root- used as a tonic and aphrodisiac, even as a cure-all.
Goldenseal Root, rhizome- treat diarrhea, and eye and skin irritations.
Milk thistle Fruit- treat liver conditions and high cholesterol, and to reduce the growth of cancer cells.
Saint John's wort Flower, leaf- used as an antidepressant
Valerian Root- treat sleeplessness and to reduce anxiety.

Apple Blossom-symbolize good health
Orchids-wishes for love, fertility and many children.
Hyacinth- ethereal qualities, emotional balance with love and joy.
Lavender- relax and manage stress, anxiety and difficulty sleeping.
Jasmine- eases many body aches and cramps and can also benefit the digestive system
Calendula- heal cuts, burns and wounds. Also including rashes, acne and athlete's foot.
Rose- increase circulation, fight depression and anxiety, relieve infections and combat viruses, among a number of other health benefits.
Echinacea- treat various wounds and diseases that afflicted them
Passionflowers- treating many mental and emotional conditions, including stress, insomnia, depression, anxiety and panic. The relaxant can also aid those with asthma, shingles and epilepsy
