Chapter 6: The Initiation of a New Monster

Jack had made it back to Hayden's house, Hayden and his mom were sitting in the living room. Hayden was relieved to see his friend made back alive. He came over and gave Jack a hug "I thought you were dead."

     "Far from it, so I killed all the doves as you can tell, oh yea I brought some of their flesh back." Hayden's mom took the body bag down to the basement. Jack continued "So while I was feeding on some of the body's I accidentally left a dove alive, good thing too because that's when he called HQ and ungraded my ranking from SS to SSS!!" 

Hayden and his mom stood amazed. "Jack you know that it means that you're now on the list of the most wanted ghouls right?" "Yea I know Hayden, but that means more respect, power, and access in the hidden ghoul community."

You see the community, your rateing heads a lot. The higher you were rated the more power, respect, and influence. Jack already has all this before because of his hybrid nature.

 Hayden's mom came back up from the basement "we should throw you a party to celebrate your new SSS status. I will invite all the ghouls in our community." 

There is a community of ghouls in every neighborhood, but because there are ghouls they try their best to blend in. All the ghouls in the community have a secret ghoul feature on their phone that allows them to talk to other ghouls and know what goes on. This feature is not standard on every phone, of course, a ghoul simply takes their phone to a secret ghoul phone store and they put the feature on the phone. 

The next morning when Jack woke up there was a very appealing aroma coming from the kitchen, so Jack went downstairs to see what smelled so good. There was an amazing spread of different cooked flesh. There were flesh filled cream pies, liver pate, and just for Jack because he was part vampire there was a fresh flowing O blood fountain. Jack was astounded by the display of food, and he sure was hungry. Hayden and his mom smiled when they came downstairs and saw the look on Jack's face.

Hayden and his mom had prepared this special breakfast last night after Jack went to bed. Hayden patted Jack on the back "Do you like it, bro?" 

     "Hayden I love it, bro did ya'll do all this for me?" Hayden smiled "we figured the new SSS rated ghoul vampire hybrid would like a nice breakfast to start out this morning". 

The family sat at the table and ate, Jack was the only one who drank the blood products cause well he is part vampire. The family talked about the party that was going to happen for Jack. 

Hayden's mom started talking about the party, "The party will be held at the famous restaurant The Flesh That Quenches Your Thirst. I have invited all the ghouls in the community, now you boys go have fun, meet me at the restaurant at 8:30 sharp". The boys finished eating then went to change. Jack and Hayden went to the mall and saw a movie, after that they went to a club to party.

When they got to the club the line to get in was hella long to get in, but the bouncer saw Jack and Hayden and let them in no problem. This is because this was a ghoul club and everyone who was in the long line human, the humans didn't know but none of them would get in because they were human and it was a ghoul club. Jack and Hayden danced till they drop could not dance anymore, because Jack was one a hybrid and two his ranking was at the top now he got to be in the VIP section of the club and he did not pay a thing.

All the ghouls know who he was this made Jack feel quite flattered. It was almost time for the party, so Jack and Hayden hurried to the restaurant. Before Jack and Hayden went to the restaurant they went home to change into tuxes. Hayden wore a blue colored shirt with a black dinner jacket. Jack wore a red collared shirt with a black vest and a red velvet overcoat. When the boys got to the restaurant it was 8:30 on the dot, they made themselves inside. When Hayden walked in no one noticed, but when Jack walked everyone went silent and bowed and said in unison " Good evening my king." As Jack made his way to his seat a ghoul with a microphone started talking. 

     "Good evening everyone, we are here to congratulate Jack Williams on ranking to SSS. Sir we all are very proud."

The food was amazing, Jack got the flesh ribs smothered in little pieces flesh with blood-red sauce and to drink some blood wine. Overall it was an amazing night. Hayden's mom drove the boys home after the party, they were too intoxicated to even walk. They had been drinking blood wine, which is an "Alcoholic drink similar to wine that ferments blood the same way humans ferment grapes they ghouls can drink for a buzz" (Tokyo Ghoul Fandom). The boys stumble to there rooms Jack's speech was slurred, but he managed to say "goodnight Hayden, this was a great party" Hayden replied, "goodnight brother, we may not be related but your my ride and die, dude." With that, the teens went into their rooms and went to sleep.
