The next day Jack and Hayden got up to get ready for school. Jack was unusually thirsty that morning. Jack went to the fridge to get a blood bag, O+ was his favorite. Hayden came downstairs and got some leftover flesh from the fridge from the other night. Jack made himself some blood coffee and some flesh for lunch he made Hayden's lunch to then they were off to school.

When the boys got to school they noticed some differences to the school. There were certain parts of the school where you had to pass threw RC gates. "Rc gates are able to detect if an individual is a ghoul or a human" (Tokyo Ghoul Fandom). The addition of RC gates made Jack and Hayden nervous. This meant the CCG was starting to look for ghouls in the schools. Jack looked at a very nervous Hayden. He was shaking a little. "Hayden look at me, we will be fine. All we have to do is avoid the RC gates." 

The boys walked onto the campus, relieved there wasn't an RC gate at the entrance of the school. Jack was in the middle of math class when he got a text from one of the ghoul students, Jack knew it was from a fellow ghoul because the text started with the words My King and whether it was out of fear or respect that is what all the ghouls called him well except Hayden because Hayden was the homie.

The text read "My King, I have just received word from one of our contacts. They found out that Patrick's son of CCG director Jason is aware of the classified information regarding your RC types and your abilities. He knows a lot of classified information, be very careful around him my king." This text only confirmed what he thought. After killing Nolan, Jason must have figured that his son leaked classified information in his class about the killing of Williams and that his dad and his uncle were the ones who participated in the killings which were useful info for Jack.

On the downside Patrick's dad must have had ordered the school to have RC gates placed in the school, also he was now aware that it was a high school student that killed Nolan. A lot of thoughts were going threw Jack's head right now. The bell rang and it was time for lunch he met Hayden at their usual spot near the back of the art building, this way they could eat the flesh and talk about ghoul stuff without getting noticed.

"Man Jack the flesh tastes different today, it's good but different. ̈ Jack nodded and said that the flesh tastes different because the human it came from was experiencing a great deal of fear before dying. 

     "Who knew fear had a tangy taste to it. How is your lunch Jack ?" Jack had the same flesh as Hayden only he had it in blood-red wine sauce ¨It is very delectable. Now we have to figure out how we are going to deal with the RC gates around campus.¨
