"Check it out!" Someone called, bringing both Bellamy and Wren out of their sleepy thoughts. Bellamy started to get up and Wren groaned out a complaint as that subsequently meant she was forced to get up as well.
"Bellamy! Get out here!" Someone else called. Wren rolled over as she watched Bellamy hurry to throw his pants on.
"You coming?" He asked her.
Wren sighed heavily. "Why now? What new life threatening dilemma are we in now you think?" Wren complained as she also started to put her clothing back on.
Bellamy chuckled as he waited, but he changed his mind as the calls for his name grew louder.
Wren gave up trying to clasp her bra and just gathered up a blanket with a grumble.
"They're coming to help us." Jones said as Wren left the tent, walking to Bellamy who looked over, and upon seeing what she was wearing, pulled her closer into him, aware of the group of teenager boy's staring and hoping for a peak from the oblivious girl.
"A pod?" Wren questioned, looking up at the sky with a small smile.
"Looks like it. Now we can kick some grounder ass." Jones grinned. Wren however doubted they'd arm the teenagers.
"It's moving kinda fast." Wren commented with a small frown. "Fifty-fifty they survive." Wren estimated.
"No need to rain on our parade." Jones complained.
"Get dressed, meet in the tent in 5." Bellamy ordered, pulling Wren back into his tent and throwing the rest of his clothes on with a tense frown.
"What's wrong?" Wren asked, looking at him worriedly.
"Wren, they're from the Ark. Aka, the people who want us dead for breaking their laws." Bellamy stressed. Wren's mouth formed a small 'o.'
"Okay, but i'm sure we can work something out." Wren tried to reassure the tense man.
"Yeah, maybe you, they need you. But me? Wren, I was a janitor." Bellamy finally met her gaze and Wren saw the desperation and fear in his eyes.
"Guys!" Jones called into their tent seeing how the 5 minutes was definitely up. Bellamy sighed heavily when he realized Wren didn't have any reassuring words before moving away and heading to the meeting tent.
Wren pursed her lips before quickly throwing on the rest of her clothes and hurry out, entering right behind Octavia.
"We should get moving. Everyone's ready." Octavia said.
"No one's going anywhere." Bellamy shook his head. "Not while it's dark. It isn't safe. We'll head out first light. Pass the word."
Wren realized he was trying to delay going to the pod for as long as possible. Everyone else accepted his orders and hurried out, except Octavia and Wren.
"Everyone for 100 miles saw this thing come down. What if the Grounders get to it first? Bell, we should go now." Octavia stressed.
"I said we wait until sunrise. No one is dying for a 50-50 chance." Bellamy said firmly before brushing her off and striding out.
Octavia met Wren's eyes and Wren frowned, sighing and following the man.
Wren walked back into the tent and her frown deepened as she saw Bellamy rifling through his stuff, gearing up.
"We're going after it?" Wren asked.
"No. I am." Bellamy shook his head firmly. "All I have to do is take out the radio."
"Bellamy, wait. If we do that everyone on the Ark—."
"Might. Clarke knows the status from a year ago. They'd have to of fixed it by now or else they'd send more important people down. I don't want to die, do you?" He asked rhetorically.
