ENCLOSED IN A PEN
Millions of words I wish to utter
Yearning for my long denied liberty
Craving for a pacific world to live better
Yet, irresistible silence imprison me.
For I am nothing
But just a small voice within
Lost and in doubt where to begin
In a journey enclosed in a ring.
The world slowly diverts to imperialism
We’re silently consumed by schism
Locked up by the government
Never had a room for improvement.
It only we’re brave enough
To smoothen the rough
Even a simple pen
Can bail us out from our den.
