Amy.

I briefly heard Nicole and Elena's footsteps retreat upstairs.

I followed the hooded figures through the halls and when I stopped and sneezed, all they did was glance back and wait for me to catch up. When I gave a huge cough, to cover the basement door closing, they just glared over at me suspiciously.

"What?" I smirked, looking around. "Girl can't have a fucking cold?"

The figures just looked at each other and we continued down the corridor.

I took in the fancy decor of the corridor as we made our way deeper and deeper into the Manor and finally, after passing so many doors, we stopped in front of a single door and I was instructed to sit on the bench directly outside.

I did as I was told as the two hooded figures disappeared inside.

I sat there for the longest time, it felt like.

I played with the trim of my dress and had a sudden flash of Pansy, myself, Blasie and Draco hanging out in this very hall.

I grinned slightly at the memory, just us picking on each other moving from one part of the Manor to the other, back before all this deatheater shit complicated things.

I frowned at who I use to be, before all this mission shit and war started.

I frowned even more when Ron came across my mind.

He wasn't with Harry or Hermione at that tent...and I hadn't heard from him myself - not that he'd know where I was.

My heart broke slightly at the thought of him, and a sudden peak of hope rose through me as I realized that Hermione was with Harry at the tent and Ron was no where to be found - maybe that meant something.

Then that hope dissolved a little when Mike flew into my mind.

He was so nice.

He was so sweet.

He was so cute.

...but he wasn't Ron.

"Miss Parkinson, the Dark Lord will see you now." stated one of the hood figures as he snapped me out of my train of thought and I rose and entered the familiar room.

"Miss Amy Parkinson...long time no see." smiled Voldemort, with his snakelike face and no nose to be seen. "So nice to see you!"

"Is it?" I smirked, flinching away from one of the hood figures at attempted to grab my arm and sit me down. As I flinched out of his grip, I sat myself down. "Didn't think it would be."

"Why would that ever be the case?" grinned Voldemort, petting his snake.

"I killed Pansy and my Aunt?" I rose an eyebrow, and although I felt that memory stab me completely through the heart and twist, I kept my composure. I told Elena and Nicole I had this, because I do. "I've been on the run with Miss Black and Miss Zambini, need I go on?"

"True." nodded Voldemort, releasing his snake and letting her slither away. "But in certain situations, you have to do what you got to do in order to keep your cover, correct?"

"Yes sir." I nodded, sitting strong.

"I hear you took out one of our problems, Miss Black?" Voldemort pressed, rising from his seat. "May I know how you did it?"

Fuck, we never rehearsed this part.

I hesitated as I rose Nicole's wand, to save myself time, making more of an epic moment.

"We apparated away after Miss Ella was taken and we took camp somewhere on a cliffside," I explained as he waved me to pass her wand to him, which I did. "When they were asleep, I took Nicole out and in doing so - woke up Miss Zambini and she apparated before I could do anything."
