Amy.
"Listen," sighed Nicole, smiling down at Elena's ring as she motioned for the three of us to move away from the yawning and packing cabin. "I'm happy for you El, we had celebrated pretty strong last night."
I smiled and grinned over at Elena, who was still glowing as she shut the door and gave a strong smile to the both of us.
"God, I'm so happy." Elena glowed as her eyes glistened down at the ring.
"Guys, I'm happy too - but I want to make something clear before we head to Hogwarts..." Nicole sighed, causing Elena and myself to exchanged concerned expressions. "...Blasie is the one that tried to warn us, or me..."
"But he blew up the -" I started, but she interrupted me with a nod.
"- Yes, but in reality, his father was going to blow it up with us in it, he delayed the explosion so we could get out alive." she explained, as I shifted uncomfortably.
All the negative shit that went through my head about that man, and through it all he had Nicole's back.
"He also told me to abandon my purpose." Nicole explained more as she slide on her black leather jacket and zipped her knee high combat looking boots. No heel, more traction and balance.
"I see, as usual, you're not listening." Elena grinned, tying her chuckies tight then tucking in the laces.
"I won't abandon you guys, or any of them out there." Nicole smirked.
"Nicole," I sighed, pulling some of my hair behind my ear as I turned to face her. I adjusted my hoodie and slammed my heels on the floor, forcing my boots to shift comfortably. "if you need to get the fuck out of there, we'll understand."
"Thats not the point. "growled Nicole, pulling her hair up into a ponytail. "This isn't just your fight, its mine too."
"Fine." Elena nodded, easing the surfacing tension. "On one condition,"
"What?" Nicole rose an eyebrow as I interjected.
"you need out of there, we're getting you out of there." I confirmed.
Nicole beamed at both of them as she clicked a necklace around her neck.
She pulled both of us into a tight hug and sighed deeply. She pulled away and started adjusting her shirt with her jacket.
I rose an eyebrow at the chain, and noticed briefly that she had another necklace on, as I opened my mouth to question it, Elena interjected.
"Wearing the B necklace?" Elena smiled, picking it up gently and placing it back on Nicole's chest, as Nicole's eyes caught mine and she adjusted her jacket to make both necklaces disappear.
"Yeah," she scuffed.
"Knock knock..." came Ron's voice as he slide his head around the door and the three of us glared across the room. "...can I speak with Amy for a moment, before we leave? Kind of important..."
Nicole and Elena turned and starred at me as I just shrugged and followed Ron out the door and out onto the front porch.
"Yeah?" I sighed, crossing my arms as he pulled the front door shut.
"Look, we're about to go into something huge..." He bit his lip a little looking away briefly. "...and I just wanted to to -"
"- To patch things up?" I questioned, rising an eyebrow. "You really think that patching things up is all you got to do to make this right?" I growled.
