If you where ever considering shadow-traveling, don't. It is not as fun as it sounds.

I held fast to Shadow's main as I felt a weightlessness, and an odd turning in my stomach. I opened my eyes, and only saw black.

"Save me"

Something to my right whispered into my ear, sending shivers down my spine.

"You will never find what you seek."

"This quest is worthless"

"You are weak"

I covered my ears, attempting to drown out the voices, but it seemed like the voices where inside my head.

I wanted to scream in frustration, but my voice wasn't working. I quit trying as I saw a bright light with weird green and blue blobs. I tried to say it looked like throw up but as I mentioned before, my voice wasn't working.

We approached the throw-up resembling light and Shadow jumped threw.

"Gah!" I said as I shielded my eyes from the sunlight. My eyes adjusted and I took in our surroundings. I realized that the green blobs must have been trees, and the blue must have been the clear sky.

"Well that was great." Leo said, as he leapt off of Shadow.

"Woohoo." I added. I also jumped off and automatically felt a little dizzy and nauseous, and I could still here the voices echoing in my ears.

As soon as I was off, Shadow turned and ran, disappearing just before hitting another tree.

"Well we better get goin', with the deadline and such." he started walking. I followed behind, and was soon absorbed in thought.{again}
