I understand that love is something people cant just ignore, but I also think Mr. America was being too dramatic about it. I think it was a poor way for marvel to finish off the character, I think that it should have been steve who sacrificed himself instead of ironman. like if ironman was like 'and I am... iron man,' but then steve took the gauntlet at the last second and snapped himself. That was it wouldn't have been such a shitty way to end the contracts. Tony would go back to his family and his story arc would be over, and steve would have finished his too. about moving on, living in the moment. He may have left Peggy and a possible family behind, but he had an even greater family right in front of him he needed to save. Much like Natasha's character arc. She was given a family she wanted but couldn't have and in return sacrificed herself for her family. 

ted talk over, no one would have had to die if they just went back in time to Wakanda and went for the head and gotten all the infinity stones together. But whatever, ruin everything and make all your fans cry, at least keep Spider-man in the MCU-
