I'm scrolling randomly through a list of fan-fics I enjoy, feel free to comment anything short I should have the characters read! Don't expect them to be in character though, sorry about that. This is all for fun.

I'll put the fan-fic being reacted to in bold.

"This First fan-fiction is from An Archive of Our Own, also known as AO3! It's called 'I Can't Facetime Right Now, Mr. Stark, and it's written by ManyCharacters! I'd like to call up Ned Leeds, Peter Parker, Michelle Jones, Tony Stark, and the rest of Peter's Decathlon class! The characters don't match up exactly, but I'm sure you'll figure something out. And, action!"

The lights in the room turned off and a spotlight focused on everyone who had been called up to the stage. After gawking for a moment over TONY STARK, the story began.

"Sick," Ned breathed out, captivated by the mobile game his friend was playing.

"Here, wanna try?" Peter asked, letting the character crash into a tall building. Ned took the device from him and tapped the restart button that popped up onto the screen. Peter scooted over on the cafeteria bench and leaned closer to watch as the other boy quickly got used to the mechanics.

"But Peter!" A student from Midtown yelled. "Phones aren't allowed in the cafeteria!" Peter's face heated as his teachers gave him a disappointed look from the audience.

"Really, kid?" Tony said, shaking his head dramatically.

"This runs so smoothly," Ned commented, tapping away at the screen, "and the graphics are amazing!"

"Yeah, MJ helped me out with a lot of the visual aspects and I ran some of the coding by Mr Stark whenever he wasn't too busy," Peter explained. He had been working on the app for a few months now and was very pleased with the finished result, he was also glad that his best friend seemed to enjoy the game as well.

"Did you do that at your internship, Parker?" Flash asked smugly.

"Dude, this is a fan-fiction. I don't know!" Peter responded, flustered.

"Your life is so cool," Ned sighed, not looking away from the game, "you get to say things like, oh I just had Tony Stark look over the coding for the app I made for school ... Dammit," he cursed under his breath as Spider-Man hit a tower crane. The screen displayed his current score along with the high score and the option to play again.

"Ouch."

"I have a video on my phone of Spider-Man crashing into a building and screaming 'I'm okay!'" A midtown student said.

"Really?"

"Yeah, I was just walking home from school one day!"

"So if this is a fan-fiction, Peter doesn't actually know Tony Stark in real life?"

"Maybe?"

Peter chuckled and grabbed his phone back from his friend. "Only about a thousand points away from my score," he teased. "You beat Mr Stark though, and you're only just below MJ's score." Peter started up a new game but was interrupted halfway through by a text notification.

"I thought you don't have any friends," A random student said.

"I didn't. Do you?" MJ responded.

"No..." The kid responded wistfully, ignoring the stink-eye from his friends.

"I can't believe I beat Tony Stark in a video game!"

"Ned, this is a fan-fiction."

"Still!"
